Good location and easy to get to the airport and freeways. Reasonable breakfast food selection available.
I arranged for a late checkout but the maid knocked at the door at 10:30 even with a "no not disturb" sign on the door. I told her then that I had a 1:00 checkout. But again at 11:30 another knock at the door. I was in the room taking calls and this was not convenient. So I would say that the cleaning staff management needs some work.
No washing machine or dryer available.

it was close to our destination
instructions about the airconditioner would have been helpful, since the place was nearly empty would have apprectiated a room not right on the main drag where there was a lot of traffic noise, bad directions in the hotel as to where elevators etc. things were,
Having to use room card to even make the elevator run.. when even the staff had problems with it.
