"Upgraded" hotel felt cheaply done and rushed.

Close to food and other hotels near the airport.

The breakfast was fine, enough selections and variety, coffee was good. The location was convenient.

If they let me know the cleaning schedule - i don't mind they don' t make the bed, and they left enough towels, but they should come and empty the trash. I was there 3 days and had to ask if they clean. I was there since Thursday and no one came in, desk said they weren't coming in til Wednesday that would be 6 days ???? I have never stayed at a place they dont check for 6 days - they need to replace toilet paper and there was a makeup remover pad i used but they only leave 2 - that is in adequate if they dont come more often. m This needs to be addressed!

I liked how close it was to the airport and the beds were comfortable.

We had the slowest check-in process I've ever experienced at a hotel. It took the woman at the desk over half an hour to check-in three guests. She was obviously tired, but came across as sullen and unfriendly. Additionally we were required to give them information that's was already in they're system, or should have been. We were Additionally, we booked this hotel because of the free shuttle to the airport. We started in our reservation that we excited the shuttle. When we checked in, we were told that ask the times that we wanted to book we're already full because their shuttle is shared by three different properties. If we wanted to use the shuttle we'd have to go 1.5 hours before our requested time. In the end we spent $18 for a Lyft to get us there on time. So if you need the shuttle, be sure you check in early or you'll be left out in the cold. We were also required to provide a credit card and a $20+ hold was placed in it first incidentals. We were not made aware is this in advance and this policy requires then to "round up" so you might be charged more than the $20 because it's convenient for them. For the record, it's not the amount of the hold that bothered me, but the fact that I want aware in advance. Plus this seemed to take even longer to process, dragging out an already too long check-in. Not sure if stay here again.

Staff was friendly. The shuttle to the airport was on time.

The shuttle could be more prompt. It took 40 minutes to pick me up from the airport. Also it would have been nice if the receptionist could have informed me when I was booking that they were under construction. Packing my bags form opposing ends of the hotel was odd and inconvienent.

Poor breakfast. Breakfast sandwiches, and waffles tasted like they had been sitting for quite a while. Bad coffee. Despite being mostly empty, our room was located on the small front side of the hotel facing the road that was very busy. Lots of noise through the night. Ice maker didn't work on our floor. I chose this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. The pool, along with the hot tub, were closed for the season. In August????

Central location - close to pretty riverfront & easy to walk to a couple places to eat.

Location was easy to access - we had a truck and trailer and their large parking lot with multiple entrances/exits was very helpful. Well lit at night and since it's hear the airport their shuttle was running so we liked the extra people around the property working - our vehicle felt safe. Front staff was so friendly and helpful. Excellent Customer Service! Breakfast had lots of options and fun sports bar & restaurant across the street and mini mart easy to walk to. Close to shopping.
