Not at all what we expected…

I could not recommend this property. There were literally 0 amenities and the free breakfast was a joke. Everything was closed due to construction.

No amenities, confused staff, massive construction zone, terrible breakfast, weird check-in. The place is in disarray and it is unfortunately a terrible value.

I will stay away from Clarion

Clarion room designers: closet had shelves under hanging rack so one couldn’t hang a dress or a pair of pants, light and vent in bathroom on motion sensor so one couldn’t use bathroom without disturbing others in room, lights from microwave in kitchen aimed at bed

This hotel should not be open. It’s a complete construction site.

Room is clean, but not completely finished remodeled

The hotel was under complete reconstruction. The lobby was concrete floors and wood stud walls. Technically though was no lobby. It was advertised that there was breakfast, a pool and gym facilities none of which were available as there was no facilities.

The room was lovely. Amenities were somewhat confused. Dishwasher with soap but no dishes or silverware available.

Breakfast was not acceptable. I understand there was some construction being done but didn't cover what wasn't there.

The location and the level of security was appreciated.

Unfortunately, the hotel is under remodel. I understand this is necessary but I also believe that this should have been indicated on the website when I made my reservations. Our room seemed unfinished and the full breakfast we were promised consisted of bagels and cream cheese. Since we take the supplied breakfast into consideration when we make a hotel reservation, we were very disappointed that we did not know ahead of time.

This property is under huge construction. Open ceilings plastic coverings everywhere. When I arrived I was not even sure that it was open. This was not disclosed to me beforehand.

Breakfast consisted of a choice of a stale muffin or a hard bagel. I chose the bagel and their toaster was broken. The coffee maker in my room was clogged. I stayed 2 nights. I came back to my room on the first evening and I was locked out and had to walk to the office and get a new card. The shower had no lining to keep water off the floor. No bath mat was given so I had to use one of my towels. With the massive construction going on maybe they should not be open. This should had been told to me before I made this reservation. Some tv channels did not work also. This hotel should not be open to guests at this time. I also seen other guests concerned with the open ceilings etc etc The stay here was very stressful, no breakfast as advertised. Barely any coffee in the busted up lobby.

The location was great, comfortable new renovated rooms, wish the hot breakfast would come back, but the muffins and boiled eggs were good too

We decided that we will continue to come to the Clarian and next time leave our car for safe keeping

The room was fresh and remodeled and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the kitchenette with microwave dishwasher and mini fridge.

For a breakfast it needed help, such as fresh fruit for those who are dairy free or wheat free. This is the second time we have stayed at this location, watch the breakfast area closely, the food is limited and is eaten quickly (fill in the food and drinks often). Also FYI, the numbers on the microwave are very bright for sleeping. I covered it with a wash cloth to dim the light.

Staff was amazing and so friendly / helpful. I also liked the heads up that the jacuzzi was down but no one mentioned the gym would be closed to. I also loved size of the room — spacious and allowed for room for baggage

Last minute reservation and the location suited our needs

Proximity to airport. The breakfast was pretty good and the staff was friendly.

It was under renovation. They were actively painting the outside of the building and replacing doors. The pool area was closed for renovation. There were parts were there wall paper was removed or the tile needed to be replaced. Not sure why they didn't close one section of the hotel and work on it versus it feeling sporadic.

The hotel was under renovation. There was not a pool or gym both were demolished and an important factor in why I selected this location, they were both demolished. I would absolutely not have stayed here if I had known, there are so many hotel options in the airport area, booking.com should let the user know when a hotel is under renovation. This is the second time this has happened. I was extremely disappointed.

It was a place to lay out heads after long days with friends and family.

The property was clean and the patio next to the little lake was peaceful.

The beds were extremely HARD! My husband seemed to like it but my daughter and I had a rough two nights sleep. Also, no real curtains on the window, just sheers. I was not happy about that at all.

Shuttle service stops at 10pm. From Airport.if you have a late flight,no shuttle to hotel. We had to stay at another hotel on our return night to get free shuttle. I would recommend manager change shuttle times to later,as other hotels are .

Be aware that shuttle only runs till 11.

Friendly and helpful staff but be aware the airport shuttle only runs till 11 p.m. so if your plane arrives after that you must rely on Uber, Lyft, or taxi..That fact alone, along with incorrect shuttle information provided by the person at front desk a couple of months previously. When we booked, cost us about an hour late at night when we were already very tired. I can't comment on breakfast, since it closes at 9 a.m. (a problem after a late night).

I wish the pool and hot tub was open. I booked a few months in advance and saw they weren’t open but I was expecting them to be reopened by the time we stayed. I felt like they should get that fixed because people pay good money to stay there.
