The room was clean and comfortable. The amenities were clean and inviting. Breakfast was hot and had a good variety.

The room was overall clean, but the shower especially the grout area appeared dirty. The mattress was quite hard and the water in the pool and hot tub appeared almost brown.

We stayed here before and after a trip. Upon check in we arranged for their shuttle service to/from the airport. When it was time for the shuttle in the morning there wasn't one, and they called an Uber. We were told to call the hotel when we had our luggage after the trip and the shuttle would get us. It took 4 phone calls before anyone would answer. Then the person that did answer was terribly rude and scolding us saying they don't have a shuttle driver, yet we had arranged and paid for this service. They sent us an uber driver again, after multiple unpleasant phone calls. Once at check in we just wanted to leave, but the room had already been paid for and it was late at night so we still kept the room. This will be our last time staying there, and we had been repeat customers for years. It keeps going downhill overall and the lack of friendly customer service is more and more noticeable to the point that it is uncomfortable.

The property had easy access to the freeways and the airport, which made it easy to do all the things we wanted. It felt safer than the other areas of Portland that we traveled to. Breakfast was great and changed every day. The only issue we had was that we asked them to clean our room, and they did not do it.

We liked the size of the room and the comfortable bed, also the large bathroom. What we didn't like was the WIFI service. The free option was a measly 15 mbps, and it was very hard to access from my laptop most of the time. Also, even though I signed up for their rewards program, which promised improved WIFI, I still had to watch a commercial every time I logged on. Also, housekeeping is available only every three days, which seems chintzy, given that the room costs approximately $130 per night.

Honestly I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I’m not from Portland so I was just hoping that it was clean and in a decent area. I read plenty of reviews before booking, but a lot of the times people give out generous ratings and the place isn’t the best. I was genuinely relieved and impressed when I arrived. The hotel had plenty of parking and the location felt very safe. The entire hotel felt clean and new, the room was spacious, the bathroom was modern and they had a great breakfast buffet. 10/10 recommend and I will definitely be staying here again.

Comfortable bed and great pillows. Good free self serve breakfast. Waffle maker, scramble eggs, sausage and muffins, yogurt juice & coffee etc. plenty of parking. Our room was quiet at nighttime. Great location to airport and lots of food choices and gas stations. Easy on and off freeway access.
