One of the best places that we have stayed in, from the staff to the pool and breakfast.

The price for a room with a jacuzzi tube was great, the breakfast was fabulous. A indoor pool and hot tub was a bonus especially being in December.

The only thing that could have been better was a better view from my room. Everything else was great.

Very nice place to stay for our needs in Portland.

We love that they have step in showers instead of tubs that you have to step into to shower. The breakfast was pretty good over all, the seating situation is challenging though. The beds were comfortable and the location was good for our needs.

The seating area for breakfast could be improved some, we had limited seating and had to stand to eat. The tables need to be cleaned frequently when there are so many people eating.

I really liked my stay. It was my first time staying at a Comfort Suites building. I liked that there were fast food restaurants close by after getting to my room late at night. I liked the free breakfast and how early it was served (6am). Saving money on breakfast was great. All of the staff were friendly.

I didn’t like how easy it was so hear the airplanes and cars outside the room although we were on the third floor. Maybe different windows would’ve helped?

A nice place that accommodated our needs

We liked the walk in shower - no tub to step into - so much safer! The breakfast was nice and the room very comfortable.

Fine place to stay convenient airport

We thought the place was comfortable and clean. When we arrived at Portland airport our car rental was not available so called the hotel for shuttle and they sent an Uber which was great and helped relieve stress after day of travel. Thank you!

We had a late flight and arrived after midnight. It was a very short drive from the airport to this location. The front desk staff member made everything super easy for check in. The facility was clean, we slept well, breakfast was good!

Definitely would stay again!

The location was central to where we wanted to be for our short stay. One thing that really stood out was the pool. Most hotel pools use so much chlorine it burns your eyes just sitting in the room and the rooms are way to warm. This pool was perfect! The chlorine levels were great and the room temperature was just right. The size of the pool and the hot tub were great as well.

I wish breakfast would have gone a little longer. I felt my family had to rush to get down there and I also noticed other families showed up late and the doors were closed.

The shuttle was not available after midnight. Our plane landed at 11:45 pm but by the time we picked-up our luggage it was after 12. So we had to take an Uber to the hotel....There were not enough tables in the breakfast area to accommodate the number of guests when we were there (around 8:30).

We booked this hotel specifically for the airport shuttle and then on the day of arrival we were told they don't have one available. It felt mn misleading and we ended up having to pay $70 more in expense for Uber rides to and from the airport.

Nice place but our room was not quiet at all

Our particular room had the headboards of the beds on the shared wall with the kitchen prep area for breakfast. Therefore, the preparations for breakfast, with cupboard door banging and drawer banging, were all heard through the wall while we were trying to sleep. Additionally, the vacuum cleaner noise of cleaning the kitchen area after breakfast time was also loud in our room. Since we didn’t check-in until after midnight, it would’ve been nice to not have all that noise. I believe this is a problem particular to that room only which is room 103.
