Parking was first come first serve in my opinion it should be one spot per room many people had to park on the street. Breakfast was ok not many options. Our bathroom got clogged and when we called front desk they told us to go tell them about it downstairs so they could give us a plunger and do it ourselves lol

Sofa uncomfortable, light bulb not working, fridge was freezing all drinks regardless of setting on temperature dial. floor lifting in bedroom area plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast and understaffing at breakfast time. Had to wait on numerous occasions for hot breakfast items.

Staff could have been more helpful. Putting a guest, who is on the phone with a problem, on hold during the conversation while you speak to another guest, is rude. Leaving to go home while in the middle of dealing with a guest complaint is unbelievable. Yes, our problem was resolved, but it should not have taken almost 40 minutes to get the job done.

This being my third stay and the other times it was horrible sounds all nights and the police coming this time I was a quiet stay

My room was infested with roaches of all sizes and spiders I was but twice and then like mentioned before I’ve stayed here before with my mom she wears make up and I occasionally wear it I never had a problem before this time of staying but I was told it’s a charging fee for washing your face and it goin on the towel

I liked the room it was comfortable

Shower was very small 1 person fits only and its a tight squeeze. And the parking available is only 10 spots max so its pointless to give parking passes because at the end of the day when you have no where to park your paying guest they will tell you parking is not guaranteed and tell you you can park across the street at the metro parking. Disappointment because I did not rest knowing I had to park somewhere I had no intention to leave my vehicle

Poor service by front desk representative "Mike"

I had issues with Mike. He worked front desk the day i checked in. Was rude!! Especially in the evening of the first night, there!! Ice maker wasn't working. I went to the front regarding ice maker. Mike met me at the ice maker. Very rudely told me it was not working. I was still talking to him. He walked away from me while I was talking to him. Went back to the front desk. He told me if I needed ice. I would have to go purchase ice. I was out there for death in my family. So, I was an emotional and physical wreck. His behavior made me feel worse. I was ready to check out and go elsewhere. I even mentioned that to him. He could have cared less if I did. The only reason I stayed. I didn't know where I could go at night to find another place. Plus, I was worried about getting a refund. Because of his treatment and rudeness, I will never stay there again. I wish I could get a refund or credit from my recent stay there!!

I searched booking pet friendly motels they popped up Best Western popped up I booked for two nights then I come to find out no pets allowed I spoke with the manager twice telling me that they were going to refund me my money in full they been giving me the runaround back and forth to tell me that they're waiting on booking we can wait on them I still haven't refunded me my money and then I called today and told me the manager was fired though when I spoke to so I have no idea what the hell's going on but booking and Best Western need to get it together and on top of that neither one of them accommodated me which I felt like I should have been accommodated because it was their mistake so now I'm out 235 in the top of that I still had a book another room somewhere else

Find a better location

Stayed here for Father’s Day weekend and it was a terrible idea. Unfortunately the pool was filthy, daughter tried the hot tub instead and that was even more disgusting reeking of urine. I was not comfortable with her going inside. Also the breakfast was CLOSED the next morning. Don’t stay here apparently they have a “C” rating. We picked this hotel and paid extra for the breakfast and amenities. I feel ripped off! This location was the worst one yet.

I didn't like that they didn't tell me prior to checking in that they were not serving breakfast. When I asked for more towels, they didn't have any ?? And since we got in the pool, we needed extra towels... the jacuzzi water has a bad smell ?? And the room was a little dirty...
