The most dissatisfying stay out of the 8 hotels we stayed in during our journey across the country.
Nothing was mentioned about the very active train tracks behind the hotel. Trains blowing loud horns at all hours of the day and night! Also, for the price, free coffee (other than the two cups in the room) would have been welcomed. Instead, the only alternative was to buy Starbucks in the lobby.

    Corporate screwed it up
I wanted to say that the staff are amazing
I wanted to say that the staff are amazing. That's the only thing that is saving your hotel. I was told you had just finished remodeling? Sorry to say that might have been your down fall. It was poorly done. If here are a couple things that should have been addressed at the start of the remodeling was the sound from the light rail. It's not like you didn't know it was going to be there. So why. Not make the room sound prof? Then you pull the pool out which make no sense except being cheep. When you are charging such high prices. And this sounds petty but you done even give a free breakfast? You handy cap rooms are poorly designed. And your standard room are also poorly designed. Why pull all the tubs out but leave a baby sized one in the handicap room? There is no counter space in the bathrooms. The handicap entry from the parking lots don't have a ramp? They don't even have automatic door opening to assist. But are mark as to having it. Even the room door looks like it would be. The bed size goes down from two queen beds to two double beds. that feel like an after thought and you still would have a hard time if you were using a wheelchair to get around the beds. You should have just put a king size bed in the room or just one queen size. Then you have big windows that use to be sliding glass doors in the rooms which you can not open even, even if there was a fire. You should have kept the sliding glass doors for one thing safety. And made patios like you did on the inside wasted court yard. One other thought. Your company should have requested from tri met that they installed a sound wall which would have given you both sound and privacy. I'm sorry to be given you a bad review. But someone needs to tell you. I just hope you do something before it's to late. Again the staff was amazing.

My stay was productive due to great accommodations and ease of getting the rest I needed.
Best scrambled eggs I have ever eaten. Fast service and kind staff.
    Nothing really.
