I only had apple pay for check in and it was a headache I wish that hotels com made it clear what the hotels policy was on deposits becusse I literally searched for hotels with no deposits or apple pay deposits accepted and they sent me here. And I w have stayed here before in the past they waived the despite for me but I guess they don't do that anymore but hotels .com should make it clear so you aren't shocked and also he virtual agent shouldn't hook you up with a hotel that doe requires a deposit when it was one of your only search criteria

Staff was nice butthe room was lacking. 'Remodeled'? No... Tub-Wall nbeds to be glued on to wall. Big chuncks out of the tub. The listiing advertised free breakfast. The staff said sorry there is none. Better check ALL your listings. This could be a good motel with some effort & basics. I'm sorry to see it so run down

I didn't get to stay in the room I booked or any room for that matter and I was charged non refundable booking two hours in the cold rainy night because the hotel failed to tell me there was a required additional $100.00 deposit my daughter is ill and I made that very clear to the hotel staff while booking my stay on line. My daughter April 3 TMI's and suffers with Aphasia as I explained to your hotel staff. Because of technical difficulty sending my card information she was denied a stay and was put out back on the freezing cold rain. I'm very disappointed with the whole situation. I appreciate them refunding in the end, but i dint appreciate thebclear communication regarding a $100 safety deposit which was more expensive then the room itself. I had bought the room for my friend but because he didnt have enough money for the deposit, he had to sleep elsewhere.

Everything in the room are either broken, missing. plastic countertop had numerous knife cut scars like heavily used cutting board. Rack was empty no hangers. Front desk staff said no hangers to give when asked. Asked to replace a extremely dirty chair and was replied no extra chair to replace. Fridge cabinet chipped and broken. Water faucet was not releasing water - only a little like spraying. Was in 2 queen bed room and was no proper pillows. There only were 6 filthy sofa cushions in large pillow cover. Management - Please go check yourself room 135.

Low budget & out dated room decor and chippped, damaged furniture plus dirty bathroom floor upon arrival. I did not walk barefoot on the carpet nor put my luggage on the floor.
