I did like the setup of the room. The bed was comfy.The staff member was friendly.

My fiance didn't like that there wasn't a coffee pot like the ad stated, I didn't like that there wasn't a tv in the bedroom, it was very decent overall, but pretty rough around the edges, I didn't like being woke up every morning by upstairs neighbors walking around, didn't really like the location of the place it was kind of awkward to navigate, I didn't like that we booked for the weekend and Saturday night at midnight the key wouldn't let us in our room, gave us a slight panic attack. Was cool to have a full size fridge and enough essentials to cook if you wanted to but the kitchen supplies were very limited but we made it work. It was a good price and wasn't the worst place I've ever stayed at.

Whole complex looked rundown!! Room was very worn!! Carpet was worn and coming apart, furniture was worn and had stains on it, toilet felt like it wasn't even attached to floor, it was just put there like a chair!! And hotel is behind shopping center and faces loading docks.

Avoid at all cost

Checked in and checked out within 5 minutes. Place was terrible. Do not recommend! Cigarette burns on the sink, dirty floor. Worn out carpet. Manager and family having dinner among the piles of garbage behind the front desk. Room next door had a BBQ blocking the entrance and their parking space coned off. Poor facility. Weak management, Super sketchy rooms.

My night didn't turn out like I wanted to do but it wasn't horrible it could have been way worth it

Overall it was a very nice stay and I had a great experience here.

I really liked how it felt like home. It was very roomy and comfortable.

The only problem I felt there was, was that there were just noisy neighbors super early in the morning on both sides of the room I stayed in.

housekeeping did not do their job. We arrived at the hotel, and our room was a disaster. They didn’t clean the couches or the pull out couch. we immediately left following the discovery.

Very convenient to mall, restaurants and Pro Football Hall of Fame.

The most uncomfortable worn out sofa-bed I have ever seen. Not enough linens. I had to use the bedspread and one pillow from my son's bed in order to use the sofa-bed and had to put its mattress on the floor because the springs were so horrible. Food in the frig.

Staff was friendly.

Two dudes typically don’t care about much. BUT… With no other hotels available HOF weekend we ended up going out and buying our own linens (towels, sheets, comforters) and cleaning supplies. There were razor blade marks on the table. And the place was unfortunately run down. The towels were on their last thread. And we weren’t laying on the beds without new linens. The staff is nice.

The room was disgusting and dirty. There was food on the walls and what looked like vomit on the closet door. The fridge was dirty, kitchen floor sticky, bathtub dirty, carpet is nasty. It took me 2 days to clean it all.
