Room was copious, bed comfy, shower great and exactly what we needed on our way south. It was a last minute reservation as we were just too tired to continue at the late hour. This was a great choice for us.

My stay was good chk in was smooth and the room was very clean

However the price didnt match i was charged a depo and it said there was contenental breakfast which was only danish and coffee n hot coco traveling with children i was expecting alil more then just that.

The location is horrible. We had the “suite” the pullout couch was super stained and when we asked for sheets for it, the office person got upset. The entire staff was rude.

Access to Freeway

Asked for toilet paper in the morning and we left for the day. Later that evening we returned, 7 hrs later, and no Toilet paper had been provided. I had to walk to the main office and ask again. They handed me a roll and said sorry. There was a time when you rented a room it would be cleaned daily and now they don't clean and room cost continues to get higher. Just saying. Also Maintenance had installed the wrong size Toilet bowl so the door would literally hit the toilet seat when closing door. Plus the seat would not stay in the upright position.

Staff was horrible. From asking questions about availability prior to getting there as I traveled from 3 hours away. One rep said yes then when I got there the next day the front desk rep said they got busy so they now had no rooms available. I had to go to another hotel (inconvenienced). Then they tried to charge my card 3 days later. When I called to see why the lady was very confrontational stating that I wanted a refund. I said how can I ask for a refund when I never stayed there. I explained to her that she wasn’t listening to what I was asking and Sue got defensive and literally started arguing with me saying I’m not reading the email carefully. Like ma’am this email says clear as day that I needed to call the property to pay for my stay. Smh….. horrible all the way around. I’ll never stay here or attempt to. IT COSTS NOTHING TOO BE KIND AND ACTUALLY DO YOUR JOB PASSIONATELY!!!

*breakfast- they said breakfast is included but there’s no breakfast. There was only coffee and juice. They should have said no breakfast because it’s very inconvenient to be waking up early and expecting to have breakfast but there’s nothing to eat. *no smoking policy, but we smell smoking everywhere in the facility. *not clean at all. Not recommended at all. I wont come back here.

I enjoyed the larger suite provided. Good location. Check in staff person was friendly and expedited my room check in. Very clean.

The bathroom faucet and shower fixtures were outdated, but very functional, and the shower felt great!

Crapy breakfast not really a breakfast just juice and a crapy small danish one of the reason we picked their to stay and then the cooler in the room was not working properly so our room was so hot all night long it kept clicking off at the plug every few mins

The cooler could have worked right and their could have been an actual breakfasts not juice and danish’s when we told the front desk they oh well all coolers should be working right then when we asked what up with the breakfast they where like oh well it was because of Covid

WAS NOT VERY SATISFIED WITH THE STAY

We were unable to make the TV work, contact front desk clerk came to she had trouble getting it to work. TV finally went on after 10 pm we missed most of the night. Another the property had weeds growing everywhere yard did not look maintained. Pictures on the advertisement showed a completely different view. That was the reason we choose this location. Was not real happy with our choice.

Clean up the place and make sure everthing is working and clean up the area.
