The pillows were fluffy.

After riding the motorcycle with the wife over 300 miles - partly in 95 degree heat, I would expect the property we booked to at least have clean sheets. We travel frequently and feel we always need to at least check the sheets due to horror stories you read about in other reviews. After lugging all of our gear and luggage into our room, when we pulled back the bedding, we saw what appeared to be body hair on the fitted sheet - called the front desk and they told us they will give us another room, but it was on the third floor. As you exit the elevator, a strong odor of marijuana overtakes you as you see the "no vaping, no marijuana, and no smoking" sign. We inspected our room and noticed a stain on the bathroom light switch, the hairdryer looked like it had only been used with sticky hands, and there were three sewer flies in the shower. I was going to at least mention it to the front desk, but every time I went downstairs either to get something from the bike, or to get ice, there was no one to be found. They solved my biggest problem with the previous room, but things like that shouldn't happen in the first place. Regarding the facilities - the pool had a whole egg in the bottom of it, there is surprisingly no jacuzzi, and the water dispenser in the kitchen area was never refilled our entire stay. We rode with a large group, several people complained you couldn't hear the TV over the A/C, including myself.

Close to shops and freeways

The bathroom fan was was very loud and rattled. Flushing the toilet made a loud noise. The refrigerator leaked during the night & water all over the floor. Breakfast food could have been better. The door to our room did not close properly but it stayed locked.

Paid for a king bed, got a double. AC was extremely loud and making sounds like something was broken.

Good location, clean.

The bed was uncomfortable, breakfast sucked.

Not properly maintained. Our TV didn’t work, had to change rooms. Our new room didn’t have a smoke detector. Breakfast was low quality and not worth the time!

I reserved a room with a king bed. We got to our room and it was two queen beds. We were tired and didn’t feel like going back . I had even asked the front desk clerk “you have it as a king room “ and he said yes

The location- a TON of EV CHARGERS are right across the street ! Right next to the outlets. Staff was friendly, parking was convenient, Dennys right next door.

Bed could be more comfortable .

we were in the second floor, and it look like they had leak panels on the ceiling in the hallway were missing or damaged  The floors in the hallway elevator looks like they haven’t been cleaned in a long time quite a bit of dirt in the crevices in entrance of elevator

Excellent location vs Outlets.

Nada.

Breakfast was almost nonexistent. Coffe was good, though.

No towel bars, no hooks to hang clothes in bathroom, no drawer space to put non-hanging clothes.

shower was not clean there was hairs. breakfast was ok. coffee didn’t taste like coffee too cheap. juices was just cored and sugar water

Food was great location was perfect for work lots off local restaurants clean room

Comfy beds, free breakfast

Housekeeping. The first room we got was a mess and had not been cleaned. The guy at the reception said they had been full during the long President's Day weekend, and only one housekeeper showed up the next day. Not sure if that's an excuse I should accept. Also, the water vending machine was out of water bottles, and there were stains on my sheets, but I was too tired to complain so I just slept on one side of the bed. Looks like EVERYONE went on holiday. Maintenance for such a centrally located facility should be better.
