Comfort and peaceful

Property was clean and neat. Breakfast was great! Waffle machine with multiple other options for breakfast like yogurt, toast, pastries, coffee, juice and tea’s available! Rooms were comfortable and clean upon arrival and something I do truly appreciate is how the staff don’t come banging on your door asking for room service. They waiting until our checkout to go and clean up after. Very great stay would recommend!

Not much to dislike truly this place was great, only thing that is a hit or miss would be location it’s right off the free way but that’s not really a bad thing.

The kitchen was locked and the room key did not open it. The Internet didn’t work. The room was relatively clean, but it had a strange odor.

Nice place to stay in Gilroy

The room was clean and convenient, property was well kept, the staff was efficient and friendly.

The fact that you had to either watch a movie or sign up for the rewards program in order to use the Wifi was annoying, and the breakfast could have been better. No eggs or anything warm except make-your-own waffles.

Very unsatisfied with this property

My daughter and I got the red bumps and rashes in the morning after, we were not sure there were bed bugs or what else. The breakfast room is in one of the bedroom and it was not convenient. I wished I can take pictures of all the red bumps, but they were in my back and in my thigh so I couldn't. There were no coffee and waffle batter when we came in the morning. The whole are was very smelly

I loved that this hotel is Pet friendly and the continental breakfast is simple but filling.

What I like about the property, was that it was so close to the freeway and not too far from restaurants and gas stations.

My dislikes won’t stop me from staying here again but the beds weren’t too comfortable, they were a little too stiff for me liking after driving 5 hours from SoCal.

Somewhat updated furnishings but felt like it could be cleaner. Very basic... good for a quick night's sleep and go. Bed was comfortable.

Our stay was convenient, comfortable, and enjoyable.

It was clean, close to fast food and breakfast/diners. The breakfast room was open from 6-9 which was nice for my kids to sleep in a little before they ate. Staff was attentive when we had questions or needed more towels. Our beds were fixed and towels replaced on day 3 of our stay without having to ask. Super close to gilroy gardens and some nice scenery

The hot tub was dirty but to be fair it was 4th of July week and there was alot of guest using the pool and hot tub all 4 days we were there. The pictures for breakfast show sausage and egg but there was none on any of the mornings. My kids did enjoy the small cups of hot cocoa and waffles that were available.

The bed was very hard & uncomfortable. I could hear loud rap music playing for most of the night. I stayed at a different Quality inn the previous night in Lathrop and had the same issues. I thought maybe it was just the location. Guess not.

It was okay.

There was no bottom sheet on the bed, just a mattress topper and ity kept coming loose when I turned over of got in and out of bed which had me slieeping directly on the mattress. Just an irritation, but not of the quality of the rest of the facility.

restraunts near by close to free way and close to the outlet stores room was ok the bathroom had a sliding shower door not a curtain

the parking near office was tight and small not easily accessable. Yes i realize there was a deposit but dont think it needs to be the amount stated the bathroom door to close to sink when open it interferes with lighting and washing hands

Room was spacious and otherwise clean would be my first choice if pets were free

I liked having a door to open for fresh air and my car was always right in front of the room. I liked that it was dog friendly with a big grassy area.

Found mold in the shower and reported they made no attempt to clean it until i was leaving two days later. Housekeeping entered the room wearing mask, if it was mask worthy why didn’t you come earlier like when I reported it rather then after I left

I loved the large grassy area with plenty of shade to hang out with my dogs.

The only thing was the front desk seemed disinterested in the fact that I reported a large amount of mold and mildew in the shower and I expected it to be cleaned the next morning housekeeping came and went and it was still there.

The staff was very nice and accommodating when we forgot toothbrush/toothpaste and provided complimentary ones

Floors in the room were quite dusty and unfortunately other guests in the area left lots of dog poo in the large pet relief area. Not the property's fault, but the guests' fault as guests are responsible for their pets' mess. The breakfast was a little sad and very few pickings

Decent stay for the money.

The room was fine, not too expensive. The breakfast was a choice between waffles, yogurt, fruit, toast, or pastries. Quick and basic. It is right on Hwy 152 which will take you to many places.

I thought that there would be more to breakfast, and the locks and latches on my door were loose (almost like someone tried to force the door open at one time). Pool and hot tub were not open, but that could have been due to the time of year (spring).

Would not stay at this hotel anymore

They ran out of waffle mix, so had to eat a cold pastry. The room was pretty clean.

For breakfast we had to eat cold pastries because they ran out of waffle mix. There was a homeless camp three feet from the stairs, so didn't feel safe parking on the side. There was toilet paper stuck in the peephole of the door. The shower floor creaked so bad I thought it was going to fall through.
