Rating this hotel is hard, but we had such a horrible time I’m definitely going to. The staff is nice, the property is relatively new and in good shape, but our room was awful. There’s a fan in the bathroom going on 24/7. If you want to change the heat you have to call the front desk. The fridge was squeaking all night and froze our food. The sensor light to the bathroom goes off when you go in the middle of the night, blinding everyone. Ok, that’s just the picky stuff. The sleep depriver was the heater fan and whatever the hell was going on upstairs. The heat fan was so high pitched neither of us slept much. No clue what was going on upstairs but my husband described it as a dryer with tennis balls roller skating. We did note that outside our room was some sort of machine fenced in behind a gate. So if you sleep soundly and want a clean place to stay, enjoy. If high pitched screeches and constantly running fans are not your thing, go somewhere else.

Everything was great. Loved the size of the room. The cleanliness was superb. The only thing that was not great was that the bathroom fan did not turn on. This made our room smell wet and musty when we took showers. We couldn’t make the situation better. Other than that, I would have given 5 stars across the board.

Rooms were very clean, comfortably. My only issues were when I adked for clean towels, I had to down and get them. Also my adult daughter got stuck in the elevator. The door wouldn't open.
