Clean room -friendly and helpful staff

Clean room , Staff very helpful, great location

We were told we didn’t have a free breakfast coming. Our bathroom door kept closing and neighbors seemed to be in and out all night door slamming. Toilet when flushed kept making an awful sound.

They only clean the room every other day just lazy covet is over there's no excuse. Water pressure is terrible you can't get clean. The food is good here. Cell phone service here this is terrible and their Wi-Fi is even worse

Great hotel compared to other hotels I stayed at on my 7 day trip

Well, first of all, I have stayed there multiple times in the last two years. This was my very first time where I felt like nothing went to plan. First I checked in and she was like hey I’m sorry, but we don’t have any first level rooms… I’m in a wheelchair so I said OK are you sure and she told me? Yes, I can give you a secondary room right next to the elevators. OK sounds good, we go up the elevators and I turned left and turned right, and it is all the way down the hall. Yikes, OK fine. I walked through the room and noticed that their shower is not wheelchair accessible so I called them and the other associate answered and said to me hey, I’m sorry we have no rooms available… OK. Keep in mind I was in town for a funeral. So my wife took a shower and lo and behold. The shower head fell off and nipped her left pinky toe, which she screamed! Needless to say, I will not be going back. The first girl is brand new, the second sales associate was not helpful. The only reason I gave him two stars is I was wearing my suit and I forgot it at the hotel. I called them and the young lady answered me and said she would go get it and even got me my toiletry bag. Good job Hilton.

This hotel seemed run down and in need of some upgrades (floor stains, key swipes not working). Staff was nice and helpful.

Nice buffet clean quiet

Tv wasn't working. Kept calling front desk to send maintenance person to do it. Maintenance man couldn't figure it out.. Hilton get a new tv and cable for these rooms and make sure it works.

Breakfast used to be included. Now its $14 per person.

Omar at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I’ve stayed here 2 times now and I love it. I’m coming back in Dec and Jan and I will stay here. The restaurant food here is great and it’s under rated!

Average, good breakfast with healthy options, extremely noisy

Comfortable with a nice TV and efficient AC. Overall worth the stay and the morning staff were always so happy!

Beds are not comfortable and have horrible pillows and blankets. Does not feel clean. Table in room was greasy. Long waits at the front counter.

Everything was great, especially the staff. But highway noise was obvious within the room at all times.

The dryer has been broken for over 4 months. It is an inexpensive appliance considering the total overhead costs of the facility. I don't think management understands how much they are hurting the business by not replacing the unit.

My room was processed incorrectly and a stranger walked in on our room

Used soap from the previous patron was still in a soap box in the soap dish. There was an empty tissue container in the bathroom.
