Very clean including grounds as well as room. Staff very responsive to compliant about bent ironing board. Breakfast as advertised, just minimul. It is truly a continental breakfast. Nice, no frills motel.

That bed was worse than sleeping in my car. You have to be in the shower to turn it on and the lights turn off while you are showering. Walked out of the shower to the bed and my feet were dirty, like I didn’t just take a shower.

The facilities were a run down. The service was good on check in but then no one was at the front desk when I went to get something. The room smelled like smoke which was ironic because on check in the lady told me numerous times, no smoking! Would not stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay! Theres alot of options for eating and two thumbs up for their complimentary breakfast, they had great options for adults and children. Pool was refreshing and hot tub was great just wish it was hotter in temperature. But everyone there was very friendly and polite. I actually left something behind in our room we stayed in and i called them to ask them if they can please not throw it away and I will pick up as soon as i could which the did and that made me so happy. They kept it in the office until i picked it up. Great service.

Great spot to stay for our night in Gilroy. Bed was very comfortable. Wifi, refrigerator in room, ample parking, light breakfast and proximity to Black Bear Diner all made for a good stay. The only thing that could be better would be larger pillows. They were about half-size.

Check-in was brief and not particularly friendly, but professional. The room was clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed, a good shower, a quiet fridge, and a microwave, coffee, and tea in the bedroom. We chose this location because it was on our route to Southern California and fit our budget not because of the reviews and they offered continental breakfast, which was also good. The property was quiet and clean, which is a green flag for us.

In Gilroy to visit family. Room was very clean, no noise issues from the road and a comfy bed. Only issue is loud air conditioner but ear plugs solved that. Shampoo and conditioner bottles in the large shower. We were in a king room and very happy with it.
