Fireplace room

I liked the fireplace and the pool and the hot tub! :) also the Keurig was a nice touch, very convenient and helped me get going in the morning. The breakfast was yummy and I loved all the options, the pancake maker was so cool! I also loved the size of the room and the decor and it was nice to have a balcony and the comfy chair and all the soaps and shampoo and conditioner smelled very nice 🙂 The hotel also had a very cool cabin vibe on the outside, I've always wanted to stay there when I've seen it across the parking lot everytime I've gone to black bear dinner. It didn't disappoint! I didn't realize how huge it is! Three stories! I thought it was just a little motel lol The staff was very nice and the woman at the front desk gave me a little map so I could find exactly where my room was so I won't get lost, she told me where I should park and everything, very helpful.

I thought the bathroom could have had a couple more towels. We had 2 bath towels but we also used them for the pool so they were always wet and we showered twice so they were never able to get dry. We didn't ask for more but next time we will be sure to ask for a couple more of we're going to be using the pool and Jacuzzi. Other than that everything was wonderful ❤️

Good but missing some essentials

Toilet room needs: More hooks & towel bars, waste basket, Shelf or small accessorie table in toilet room Full length mirror in bedroom. A/C unit is too close to bed… There should be a pocket door between dressing area and bedroom room We were not able to find a luggage cart for transferring luggage from car to room

I would stay there again! It was a great place for a weekend getaway.

Clean easy access to facilities such as gym, pool, laundry room. Even though I didn’t use it I love that there was a laundry room for customers.

The breakfast in the morning would run out of items such as no milk for cereal. I do understand it was busier than usual due to it being a holiday weekend.

Great location and the vibes were awesome, but too crowded in all the public spaces

The room was clean and beds were decently comfy. Staff was welcoming and check in was smooth and fast.

We were looking forward to the pool and jacuzzi, but the area was extremely crowded with adults getting drunk and kids unsupervised in the pool. We waited over an hour for a chance to get in the jacuzzi, but unfotunately there were quite a bit of people from a particular family who occupied the jacuzzi far past the closing time and we did not get a chance to get in. Furthermore, breakfast was seriously a mad house. People were fighting for food and getting upset while waiting in line for food. They ran out a few breakfast items because there were so many people.

Safe pool for kids since it was not too deep. The breakfast was great and good quality as well. The breakfast area also out an outdoor seating area as well. And hot coco for the kids to enjoy as well.

There wasn't anything that we didn't practically dislike but would have been nice to have a sauna. It seemed like there used to be one but currently it was not in use.

The lobby was nice.

When checking out I just mentioned to the front desk that there was something gross, old and moldy on the wall by the bed that my child spotted as soon as we checked in. I even provided a picture and was told they’d let management know, but I didn’t get any response back what so ever. If we hadn’t gotten there and checked in at almost midnight I would have just left and found somewhere else to stay.

The location to gas stations was great. Pillows were nice. The night shift employees were kind. The breakfast was hot and good.

The morning front desk person was absolutely rude. She seemed bothered and was not nice at all. Based on her alone we wouldn’t ever go back. The hotel is old, carpet is dirty. Room was dirty. No exhaust fans in bathroom.
