The facility is conveniently-located and immaculately maintained inside and out. The room was comfortable, and the location is very quiet despite being next-door to a large fast-foods location

The only negative was the gentleman doing check-in and check-out - I felt as though I was being a bother both at check-in, and -out

Great getaway room

Room was perfect for a quick overnight after the Ren Faire. Room was very clean and updated, check in was east and fast and the staff was friendly. Very quick access to shopping, freeway, and food. Love that there is a fridge and microwave in the room. We would definitely stay again!

It had everything I needed in it. Value for cost seemed fair. It’s next to the highway so there is a lot of car noise but that doesn’t bother me but I’m sure it could bother others.

I should be refunded for that dirty room I arrived late I paid early couldn’t cancel my room

I asked staff if there was any bugs, cockroaches he didn’t want to answer told me to check for myself the walls are very dirty I saw a cockroach in the bathroom the next day before I left . There is also a lot of smeared blood on the walls from cockroaches, my pillow had blood stains from bug o have pictures and videos I checked out let staff know and all he said was ok , ok .

Good clean rooms, check in was easy, ice machine and washing machines are handy and inspected since the hotel is small

It was clean inside, in n out is right there and so is a gas station and the outlets to go shop

It is close to the outlet, the freeway, variety of restaurants. Many sightseeing opportunities nearby. There parking lot is spacious.

The curtains were not double layered for variable lighting. No breakfast on premise.

The front desk service here is terrible! If that guy's an employee, he needs to be fired. If he's the owner... well, *congratulations* on owning the place, big shot. Quit being cheap and hire someone decent to run your front desk. The hotel description says they have laundry. I even called and asked before I booked, and they told me they had one. But after I booked the room? Sorry – no laundry.

Close to outlets and corner store

Our room smelled like dirty and like urine when we walked in. Sure enough when we laid down the bed smelled like urine. I called front desk told them if we could be moved rooms, he was rude and said what!!!! Then proceeded to say all rooms were booked and he couldn’t do anything about it. We called back and ask for another comfortable to put on top of bed.

Horrible service

The reception desk acted annoyed that my family was trying to check in and proceeded to tell them that we didn't have a reservation and threw our ID. He literally told them to go away and stop bothering him. My husband called to be sure they were at the right place as I had prepaid through bookings and found the reservation info. They went back and he proceeded to be rude and dismissive. They showed him the email and he finally actually checked for the name and found it. This caused so much stress as I had booked to make traveling smoother for my family and instead they felt stuck and stranded and were mistreated after a 6 hour drive from Southern Ca. There was no reason for this kind of treatment. Truly awful.

Such a gem.

Room was clean & attractive, bed was SO comfy. I was a little nervous at first because it's so close to the highway but the road noise did not enter the room.

It didn't bother me much, but heads up there was a very heavy smell of garlic in the air outside in the morning (in June) - but what can you expect in Gilroy? :)
