Room that was not ready to sending us in. WiFi doesn’t work. Toilet water is running very slowly. The front desk lady is not helpful. She just gave phone number that letting us calling people for fix. We only stayed there one night and left. They still kept my rest of 4 nights money now.

Room wasn’t that nice. Age shows all over the room. Ceiling spots, AC was noisy. No extra blankets. They send a link to contact if you need anything else but the message back three times was “no one is available at the moment”. Will not be staying here again.

Team member at reception was so courteous and efficient in getting us sorted after a delayed (late) arrival. Hotel room was clean and in great shape, especially for an older building, and there was even a charming handwritten welcome card on the desk when we arrived.

Gilroy PD was politely concerned enough to drive me from a domestic violence incident where I was bloodied, but managent was inconsiderate when it came to understanding the sensitivity.

Staff informed in shock me I double booked same room. Refused to help me cancel after insistent on embarrassing me to come to office trying to find way to hospital but my clothes were bloodied.

The floors were really dirty. The bottom our feet were black from the dirty floor. I don't think they moped the floors in a while. The bathroom had a funny smell and when we turned on the AC it smelled like someone sprayed cologne or something in the AC unit. Our phone did not work I had to call the front desk on my cell phone. Staff was friendly and breakfast was average.

Both front desk clerks were so incredibly kind. One had recognized the band on my tshirt & started playing it (as the music in the background) & it IMMEDIATELY made my day 1000% better! They were both very outgoing and made sure we felt at home. They even told us about places in the area to eat (without being asked) & the entire layout of the property/room etc. Even though this interaction may seem little, it made all the difference in the world & cheered us up after being in the car for over 9 hours. We also needed to have maintenance come to the room to help with a toilet clog & the maintenance guy was there quickly & solved the issue almost immediately. Thank you for this experience!

I've stayed here several times. Unfortunately this time the room and the hotel seemed dirty. The room I was in had food on the floor. The bathroom floor and counters were dirty. The bed is comfortable. Nice pillows. Not sure if i would return.

car alarms going off at night with no cessation, kept honking for at least 10 mins; breakfast on Sat/Sun should be available at least until 10 or 10:30; room refrigerator very noisy at start and stops, should be silent. first floor room nice however noise from room above very noticeable. Staff was very friendly and helpful! room very clean. will stay again, but not on first floor!

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and breakfast was decent. The only negative, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault, was someone smoked marijuana in the room next to us and the smell gave me a severe headache. We were in a non-smoking room.
