Both front desk clerks were so incredibly kind. One had recognized the band on my tshirt & started playing it (as the music in the background) & it IMMEDIATELY made my day 1000% better! They were both very outgoing and made sure we felt at home. They even told us about places in the area to eat (without being asked) & the entire layout of the property/room etc. Even though this interaction may seem little, it made all the difference in the world & cheered us up after being in the car for over 9 hours. We also needed to have maintenance come to the room to help with a toilet clog & the maintenance guy was there quickly & solved the issue almost immediately. Thank you for this experience!

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and breakfast was decent. The only negative, which wasn’t the hotel’s fault, was someone smoked marijuana in the room next to us and the smell gave me a severe headache. We were in a non-smoking room.

car alarms going off at night with no cessation, kept honking for at least 10 mins; breakfast on Sat/Sun should be available at least until 10 or 10:30; room refrigerator very noisy at start and stops, should be silent. first floor room nice however noise from room above very noticeable. We had a great visit with family because we had a great nights sleep the only issue I had was as we were leaving somewhere across from us a dog started barking and scared me I didn’t know we were on a floor with dogs I think that there should be a separate floor for animals also hoping we weren’t in a room that allowed pets now I know to bring my slippers to wear in the rooms as this is now an issue for me. Love dogs but at the same time uncomfortable with some.

I have never saw the room so dirty ! The AC smells like MOLD, carpet is stinky , there is smell of garlic in a hall way. I asked to move me to different room because I am allergic to mold but receptionist wasn’t helpful and said there is nothing he can do for me’ .

This place has been here for a least 30 years,they still use a chain to keep the door lock at night.The wood would creek at night and seem the pipe would rattle.Otherwise the room was fine for the night stay,breakfast was fine.

Phone didn’t work in the room. Body wash and shampoo were empty. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get someone to bring shampoo but couldn’t find any body wash. He never fixed the phone. Had to ask for more towels each night because they didn’t give us enough to accommodate the amount of guests we had. There were never towels at the pool so we had to continuously go get those as well.

Great property, comfy beds and clean sheets. Has sliding glass doors and a large balcony. Just wish the patio had a mosquito screen so we could have slept with open windows. The air had a bit of a moldy smell to it when we turned it on. Everything else was amazing.

I rarely leave negative feedback for hotels I stay in, specially when they come with good reviews — but unfortunately, this experience was disappointing. The phone in the room wasn’t working, so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk. The staff member I spoke to wasn’t able to provide any help or guidance on resolving the issue. The TV had streaming apps, but it wouldn’t connect to the internet. I called the front desk again, and someone was sent to my room, but they were unable to fix the issue. I also asked if they could address the phone problem, but no resolution there either. The most concerning issue was finding a baby spider crawling on my daughter’s pillow. That was unsettling, as it could have led to a more serious health concern. This made me question the overall cleanliness and condition of the room — and possibly the hotel as a whole. It’s unfortunate, as I had higher expectations based on the reviews.

Have stayed here several times over the years. Nicely maintained property..the only suggestion i would make is to have the pool temperature a little warmer. It was freezing so i didnt swim. Hot tub felt good

I did not see anywhere that check-in should be done by someone over the age of 21 only when I arrived at the place and they told me in a nefarious way, I found out about that closure and I had to pay for another hotel. Horrible experience in every way
