Great indoor and outdoor space, breakfast included, location, plenty of parking, close to a Starbucks and restaurants. The young guy that checked us in was friendly.

I felt it could have been cleaner…our room had dust on some of the surfaces and the shower had mildew in it.

Staff were rude. Told them we hadn’t had our room cleaned since being there for at that time 3 days, and the front office argued saying we had just arrived that day and said “don’t lie to me honey” we were there since Friday and we complained on that Monday. We had to go to the front desk multiple times for towels. Needs stricter rules for pool area (I was on the first floor and at 2 am there were people arguing outside my window Nobody cleaned out room The room felt “wet” ac not working properly? Beds were HARD

The ceilings were very thin, we could hear very loud upstairs neighbors one night, keeping us up unnecessarily. We also had a slow drain and some improperly installed/cracked tile in the bathroom. The breakfast also wasn’t as good as other SpringHill Suites properties we’ve stayed at.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom was nice.

There was a fixture somewhere in the room that squeaked every time we walked across the room. The pool is very small and someone had apparently gotten sick in a corner on the floor. There were also no towels in the pool area. Breakfast was meh.

We booked a room with two queen beds. The layout of the room and furniture created a separate living room space. Very comfortable, very clean. They even have an LED lighted mirror in the restroom. All for about $200 less than comparable hotels.

It would be nice if they had a hot tub. Although the pool was very clean, and we did enjoy swimming.
