Breakfast was good

Pool area wasn’t warm enough I was snowed in the driveway and it wasn’t plowed until 12pm which made me stay a extra day and no one shoveled any of the walkways before we left a day after it snowed

I liked it being close to airport and restaurants. They offered washing machine and dryer and was priced $1 each, which was great. The pool was heated, which I enjoyed. Good place to stay for the night. Not recommended to spend your vacation time there.

The TV in room wouldn’t connect to WiFi so couldn’t use any Apps, the guide wouldn’t load to see what program was playing and they didn’t offer any premium channels to guests. Was stuck watching boring reruns since the TV wouldn’t connect to WiFi. The free WiFi offered, was only offered to one device at a time and when trying to join rewards club to get better WiFi, it was an error and front desk couldn’t help. Tried calling front desk several times and no one ever answers or ever present at the front desk. There were no coffee puts in the rooms so we had to go out each time we wanted coffee. They didn’t check them frequently so would have to wait on new coffee to be made. We couldn’t take breakfast to our rooms to eat, had to eat there and they didn’t offer extended breakfast hours on weekends, instead the times were shortened on weekends. The keys kept up programming and when we went to go get redone each time, they were short with us and blamed us. None of the times, the keys were near anything that could cause it. House keeping came daily which I liked but they came each time while we were sleeping and they would knock once or twice within 30 seconds, before opening the door. They didn’t give any time to get up and open the door and we had no “do not disturb” signs to hang on our doors. Our sheets had a stain on them. The microwave plate didn’t spin, causing food to cook on one side. The plate that was in the microwave wasn’t mad for it. The hot tub was out of service and I chose there just for the hot tub. The ice machine located on first floor laundry room was always out of ice. All of the luggage carts were broken. The exercise bike machine, handles were broken and extremely unsafe to operate and they didn’t have a sign saying do not use. I almost messed my face up when I first got on to it and grabbed the handles, luckily someone was in there and grabbed me quick enough to prevent me from being injured. There were no towels offered in the gym.

Window shades offer minimal coverage from light. Block out curtains would be a great investment. Bathroom floor tiles are coming loose. Vanity sink requires maintenance. Sink is off set.

Location proximity to the airport

The carpet in the room aggravated my allergies. Also, the ceiling in the bathroom had a leak (which had signs of a long time leak) and I woke up to the bathroom floor being flooded.

The location was perfect, but other than that.

The bed, including the pillows were terrible. The room was dirty and had an odor. Spider webs in the corners dirty on the window ledge. The shades were old and worn.
