Kids running around all hours of the night. TV didnt work kept turning off and on by itself, couldn't change the channels and volume didnt want to work. The sink was clogged had to have it fixed wasn't quite what I expected definitely didnt enjoy my stay..

Glad it was only one night!

Location to Indy airport

Room and hallways were unkempt and carpet stained. Left over material in our garbage can from prior guests. We have stayed here multiple times in the past few years and have always been happy with the hotel and service. We stayed her in October of 2024. Between that stay and this October the hotel was a hot mess. We will not be staying here again.

Loved it

I loved the room with the hot tub in it. I had a little TV a little chair. It was very romantic for our wedding anniversary. I absolutely love the privacy of it being in the corner, and the price was very good for that size of room!

I didn’t like there was no body wash at all, but we were too tired to go downstairs to ask for any more. I’m sure they would’ve gave us some if we would’ve asked..

Seemed short on staff and needed about of TLC. Even though it was very clean, there were a lot of things that needed proper repair. A lot of stains in hall carpet and doors and handles jury rigged.

Unclean and run down hotel

It was available for our date needed and that’s it.

The parking lot was completely full when we arrived. We had to park down the road at another hotel after unloading our car out front. The hallway leading to our room was filthy and badly stained. We opened our room to find the carpet to be in that same filthy condition. Our room had a very strong mildew odor to it. Except for the beds, all of the furniture was grubby and sticky to the touch. We had to bring in our flip flops from the car so we didn’t have to walk on the floors with our socks. Early the next morning we stopped in for the breakfast and many items were out of stock and some of the machines were out of service. We noticed large boxes of supplies being stocked in the hallways off the main lobby. I went to use the men’s restroom off the lobby before leaving to find a trash bag over the urinal. This hotel used to be very nice, but is now run down and has been clearly let go. I would not stay here again.

TVs in our rooms didn’t work, the Wi-Fi was too weak for anything to connect to not even the TV in the room. Everything was either stained, rusted, dirty or broken. big stains on the carpets, hallway and rooms. The pool was freezing. The breakfast was very skimpy and was put away early.

Disappointing, especially for the price

Bed was comfortable

Carpet was very old and visibly stained in several places. Bathroom had no working exhaust fan, and the towel hooks were non existent. HVAC controls on the wall were completely dead and useless. Sign on the inside of the door said max room rate of 350 but it was being billed a lot higher than that. Walls were very thin, could hear everything from neighboring room

A very good stay overall, with some correctable housekeeping problems

The room was mostly excellent, with no unpleasant odors. Comfortable bed - I slept well. Quiet.

The bathroom exhaust vent didn't work. While floors were clean, there were bad rust-colored stains on the bathroom door frame and one of the room walls. Some trash from a previous occupant was missed. Despite a do not disturb tag on the door, housekeeping knocked in the morning well before checkout (9:30 AM). The hotel texted me at 8 AM.
