The staff! So wonderful and you cant beat the location at all!
Our bedding was not fresh, our pillows smelled like sweat and were disgusting.

We loved the central location and the friendly staff!! The staff were so welcoming from the moment we checked in and were very helpful.
The location was pretty much smack bang in the middle of everything we wanted to do during our stay in this area which was fantastic and the two nearest subway stations were about a 3 minute walk away to go anywhere else in the city.
Our room was quite spacious for New York and we loved the view we had from our balcony.☺️
Room was quiet, great aircon, clean & nice hot water for showers.
There wasn’t anything to dislike as such but we thought a little microwave or kettle would have been nice to have in the room. 😊

No complaints. Simple place with great location. Clean too.
Construction from 6am-10am was incredibly loud and made sleeping one day a bit difficult.

rooms are lovely - great location and views
room was dusty throughout, light broke in the toilet and took 2 days to fix, air-conditioning broken, restaurant is shut and has been for years and the rooftop also isnt open
and now after asking me to email with problems I have and received no reply after 7 days
