Loved the floor to ceiling windows, very cool light fixtures, comfortable bed and pillows and nice, hot shower. Loved having the kettle, most hotels in NY don’t even provide a coffee maker let alone a kettle. It’s close to the Delancey street subway station. Nice rooftop bar for cocktails or snacks.

We loved the location--lots nearby for food and shopping. There is a really good coffee shop in the lobby and a good restaurant which was so convenient.
The room was very small especially for $400 a night. Our room was hard to get cool. And communication downstairs was not great. We could send a text, but we couldn't reach anyone on the phone and it took a while to get a text back.

The rooms are a typical small New York hotel room size, and I love how there are so many thoughtful hooks integrated into the walls for organizing your things. I am a sucker for well design small spaces and there’s a gym big enough for two people to get a decent workout in. The location is good for being central for several neighborhoods.
The sliding barn door on the bathroom is always a bit of a disappointment. they could use a bit more energy, cultivating hang out spaces since the rooms are so small.
