Location was good. Perks were good. You can get a drink at the bar.
No restaurant. No free breakfast. Pool and club were closed. Vibes were weird.

I needed to stay one night in a very specific neighborhood for a family gathering, and at the last minute also needed a place to park my car (my train was canceled on the morning of departure). Hotel Indigo has a next-door parking garage which was so easy to book and use during my stay. I was able to easily walk to restaurants and even Whole Foods, plus the nearby subway station from the hotel's location. And my room was clean, cozy and comfortable! Staff was excellent, too!
As always, a hotel room in New York City is very, very expensive. Hotel Indigo was priced appropriately given its comfort, quality and location, but hotel prices in general in the City are just outrageous.

Great location! Amazing price point for the location and staff were attentive and friendly.
I wanted to like it but the room was in really poor shape - details matter. And these are honestly things that could be easily fixed. There was thick dust on curtain rods and light sconces. The only bedside electricity outlet didn’t work at all. There was mold in the shower and silverfish in the bathroom. I had a huge foundation stain on the wall next to the closet. Definitely raises some questions about their level of cleanliness and how attentive they actually are when cleaning rooms. It was also very loud on weekend only but that’s to expected due to the rooftop club.
