Our stay was awesome. A bit tricky to get the key code to work on the door. Be sure to call the hotel prior to arrival to get your email with key codes. It does not come through Agoda. Otherwise, great stay- great location.

This hotel was really great for the money! The location is INCREDIBLE for NYC and the room had plenty of space and was very comfortable. We did have some issues with the shower draining in a timely manner and the refrigerator getting loud at night, but these are easy fixes. We weren’t able to check into our room at 3pm either but didn’t have to wait too long, and the staff was super responsive and gave us a later check-out. We left a stuffed animal there and called the staff and they’re on the case, so here’s to hoping we can find it!

Gosh, great location to visit my son. right in the thick of everything. But, so depressing. One fork, one light, one cardboard nightstand. One blanket. NO SERVICE. No one is there. You let yourself in. I would choose someplace else if you can.
