    Over priced and lots of things wrong with hotel, lifts malfunctioning, staff uninformed and unhelpful, limited facilities in room i.e. no kettle, cups. Wardrobe built in too high to reach hanging rail. Details just were not there.

    Service was shocking. First room I was put in wasn’t clean and there was exposed wires coming out from behind the mirror. Tried to go to the rooftop one night and the guy at the elevator was rude and the staff up there couldn’t even open a bottle of wine. Very disappointing experience. Location is great for food and night life but everything was below average for the cost.

    Bed was horrible went against previous read reviews stating the same -worst room above some kind of loud mechanical room & next to the loud elevator killed the vibe we were looking for on our 2 second anniversary weekend Kelvin attempted to make up for it so I said OK and he basically was giving me the online price so yet another disappointing interaction I suggest you keep it moving somewhere else
