    I stayed at this hotel in 2023 and decided to return because of its excellent location and outstanding staff. The hotel is centrally located while still being in a relatively quiet area. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it offers convenient access to the subway. The service was just as great as I remembered. I also had the opportunity to use their airport drop-off service, which was excellent and highly convenient. However, there were two drawbacks during this stay. My room was a connecting room, and I could hear noise from the neighboring guests at night and early in the morning, which occasionally woke me up. In addition, one of the lifts was undergoing renovation, so the appearance of the area was not particularly pleasant. That said, the staff managed the situation well and were available to assist guests throughout the process.

    Good and convenient hotel. Per Sheraton standard. My recommendation would be any room on exec floor. the lounge view and for summer the deck balcony view is awesome. breakfast, food, and drinks to grab at the club lounge is worth the price in NYC. Stayed here many times and will likely return here again.

    This hotel is very conveniently located near the subway and downtown, which make it great for visitors transiting to JFK. Nearby there is a pizza place and a bodega that stay open late.
