Yes, the hotel was beautiful and it snowed on Sunday— beautiful to watch up high! They held a $500 deposit which is fine… However, we ordered one movie for $24 and a hot tea…. Perhaps a total of $30(?)…. I only received 1/2 of the deposit back! $250!!! 😳Not ok— and I will be following up with some good old fashioned chutzpah on this one! Waste of my time. 🙄

they don’t tell you this , but they will charge you a $150 deposit PER night when you get there. they will only refund $150.

Great location but overall underwhelming. Would say this is more a 3* hotel than 4. Aircon made a huge rumbling noise so sleep was broken. Hidden fees and inaccurate billing at the end. Check in took 20 minutes.
