Good location and good sizes of rooms with the most comfortable beds ever
Breakfast area could of been better . Can use soho diner which was ok and small dining space in lobby bar area . The entrance is very dark as is the corridors but might be the vibe . More welcoming lobby on the ground would of been nice

Location
Noisy late night crowd , not enough staff to serve , 40 minutes for a cocktail to arrive , haphazard housekeeping system, 3 requests to get the room serviced over a 2 hour period at 3pm is unacceptable
