    Great place and room and location. No fault if there's it was a little warm in room because it was record heatwave in the city during the stay. Also had a incident where our Uber eats delivery was left in lobby because the elevator broke down because of a storm and I called and they told me they saw it there and ten minutes later when the elevator started working and I got down it was gone and they were acting weird about it as if I didn't just call and talk to them and one at first said no one was in the lobby then said some guys asked about a food pickup and walked out with the bag he thinks but they just took it by accident he said.... Accept no other delivery ever came.... They didn't do anything about it either accept just say oh well sorry call Uber. Besides that we still enjoyed it.

    The rooms are fine, but overall not clean: there are some hair on the ground in the bathroom, the bed sheets have weird stains as well as some towels (please see the pictures). In addition, the staff was really unpleasant: I had to leave the hotel one night earlier for personal reasons. I asked if they could refund the night that I would not use and they explained that because I booked with an agent it is not refundable -that part I can understand-. However, the agent gives the possibility to ask the hotel to make a gesture and to refund anyway. I made that request and the hotel refused. When I asked them why (in person at the desk) they told me that "it is not their problem" in a very unpleasant manner. I will never go back to such a place that treats their customer this way.

    Great location, room clean, public areas/hallways could do with a little maintenance and the breakfast are needs more lighting. The breakfast itself is basic but OK
