    I very disappointed with my stay. I was expected a nice hotel for my one night stay. However I woke the morning of departure to find my bathroom flooding with toilet water. I had to checkout early for my flight . I reported the incident . I stayed there July 12 and as of today August 1st I still have been contacted by management to rectify the issue. I’ve emailed twice and called over 10 times with no follow up. I’m very disappointed.

    Great location, few steps from the World Trade Centre and metro stations. The bull and the battery park are within walking distance. Very worn out furniture, minimal bathroom amenities; stain marks on carpets. Needs revamping of the facilities for an enjoyable stay.
