Clean, spacious room with comfortable bed and spectacular views, accommodating staff, and conveniently located near many clubs, restaurants and bars, in addition to the ones inside the hotel.

Booked 2 x double beds and received a room with two singles on arrival. Were told to stay in that room and we would be moved into a King with a Queen pullout the next night. The next night we had to share one Queen bed (2 sisters not a couple) and they denied telling us they would be moving us to the King room. The staff were rude and unhelpful. They said they didn't use Agoda despite us clearly having a booking on Agoda. We were in 3 different rooms in a 4 night stay and the staff couldn't have cared less..
