Enjoyed our stay...

The king suite was very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a very quiet location. Plenty of parking, good breakfasts.

Our first night there, I came down to the lobby to ask for some utensils, plates, and napkins and to get some bottled water. The staff member was on the phone, so I waited for her to get off. Instead, she ran down the hall, went through a door, and never came back. I ended up finding the items myself. Also, the refrigerator could have been a little colder.

Clean room and property. Great breakfast every day. Coffee wasn’t great, but we drank it anyway. Fitness center has good mix of equipment! Staff was great! We were there for four days!

Other guest were a handful for the staff. young traveling baseball team. up late making some noise but the staff got it under control after a bit talking to the adults.

Great overall, staff was friendly and rooms were clean!

Gym facilities could be equipped with calisthenics equipment and pool had excessive chlorine in the water!

It was just okay

It was close to the concert venue we were attending.

It was undergoing a remodel. There were huge shipping containers and dumpsters in the parking lot. Areas inside were in various stages of construction. It was a bit rough looking.

We enjoyed the use of the pool and Hot Tub. We enjoyed the full breakfast that was provided. Great Service all the way around.

The current remodel made parking a little tough, and the outside a little messed up, but that's the cost of progress.

Breakfast was the best part and having time in the pool. Hotel was under construction, so the parking lot and some of the floors didn't look the best but overall a good stay. Staff was great.

It was a great stay.

Location was great! Room was newly remodeled and done very well. I loved the housekeeping...room was always clean and tidied and had all the supplies I needed. Staff was friendly.

I did not care for breakfast. Few choices. Downstairs I think has not been remodeled and needs it. Pool was small and unappealing. No bar or anything like that. Location was great.

Not happy

Wasn’t notified about room remodels going on. It was hard to sleep with all the hammering going on during the day as I was working night shift. Parking lot was full of Conex containers, so couldn’t find parking. Breakfast was awful compared to the holiday inn I had stayed last week in North Vancouver. Both Key cards were disabled a day before checkout, locking me out of the building. Overall a bad stay and won’t be back.

Breakfast was good had a variety to choose from.

What I did not like was that I booked though a third party and the hotel, switch my rooms without even them calling me. I had a book for two queen beds, and they switch me in to a a room with a king bed. When it was a total of four people.my husband and my son had to sleep on the floor. So I went to ask front desk what had happened she just told me that when you booked through a third party you are guarantee, a room but you are not guaranteed the room you booked.

It was very noisy. Our room was located over the pool and you could hear everything. They had containers and trash bins in the parking lot - I assume for a remodel.
