I liked how clean and quiet the room was. Everything was clean and in good condition. It was so nice to have a comfortable chair to sit in to watch TV and read. Definitely a great value for my money.

I requested a room on the top floor months before my stay and was given a room on the third floor. I had loud neighbors above me, stomping around and out on their balcony until midnight making noise. (the loud inconsiderate neighbors were not the fault of the lodge, but I did request a top floor room for this reason.) There was also gnats and spiders in my bathroom. other than that, everything was extremely clean.

Nice location in Vancouver; cute decor theme

This was our second annual family weekend for my grandkids to enjoy the pool, plus we pick out Christmas gifts at the Vancouver Mall.

A comfortable stay

Comfortable and large room, good shower, firm mattress. I wanted quiet to write, the noise from the fridge was a bit bothersome but I got used to it. I might be too sensitive to noise when I write.

Neighborhood nonexistent- corporate park, have to drive to anything interesting. Good service but average food at the restaurant.

They take customer service to the next level!

I had a lovely suite and a few people over for a small gathering. The Heathman staff were extremely helpful and kind. One of the staff members remembered my name every time he saw me. Talk about customer service! I wish I had remembered his name so I could thank him publicly. I am an owner of a very small hotel in another country. I am impressed with this kind of service.

We left an article of clothing behind after check out. Stopped back by a couple days later to retrieve it and some staff member must have liked it and kept it. Name brand Coach.

Interiors are tired. Cracked upholstery on chairs, wallpaper patches on the wall. The bigger issue is they cut big on cleaning. Nobody came to us when we put a sign even though we saw a made working the floor. Also saw a guy asking for cleaning in the lobby saying he is requesting it for a second day.

Worth the price to stay in Vancouver and not in Portland.

The rustic look of the hotel was very nice. Our room had a balcony which overlooked the parking lot. Has a restaurant on the floor. Staff were nice, I needed an extra towel and she promptly brought one. Just a 20 minute drive across the river to Portland.

Location is slightly hidden but way better than staying in Portland. I think the staff needs to be better with room inspections. Our bathroom towel rack fell off while stepping out of the shower. And the beauty mirror that is attached on the wall just came right off. As if they didn’t even try to use special screws for drywall. I did report it right away and they did fix her towel rack immediately. Otherwise our stay was comfortable.

Exceptional

I liked that there were bird sounds in the halls, felt like we were walking thru nature to our room. Set the relaxing tone. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of bedding and pillows. Complimentary coffee at anytime during our stay from the front desk.

Was not able to utilize the hot tub or pool as we were out late, closing at 10pm.

Dirty room and house keeping didn’t have to time to clean

Our room has stuff splatted on the wall as soon as we went in the room. Went to tell the staff they said they were not able to have house keeping clean it until the next day. That’s no acceptable to be giving a dirty room. We requested money back and we went to a different hotel.

Heathman Lodge in Vancouver WA, Great value great hotel ...

Cant say enough about the Heathman Lodge. Frequent stayer, always clean, friendly and helpful staff. It is popular for a reason. Everytime I'm in Vancouver to see family I stay and am deeply assured whe I know I have it booked.

Not much... Outdoor pool would be nice but indoor facilitie are pretty decent. Weight room could use a little maintenance and upgrade but I'm not here to work out so ...

Bed was very comfortable. Nice balcony off our 4th floor west end room, looked out on treed area felt like out in the country. Even though very close to busy highway and shopping area.

Better lighting and update the brown tones in bathroom and microwave area. Better hooks and more of them in bathroom.

We liked the quiet location, but it is a bit challenging to find your way, at least from Google directions.

I didn’t have any issues with the property as a whole. But our bed was hard and pretty uncomfortable the pillows felt well used and flat. And there was short curled hair all over our bathroom and in our tub. Kinda gross.

More than I expected!

I was there for a private family brunch celebrating my sister's 80th birthday. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was excellent! The servers tended to our needs were always so accommodating and pleasant. We also had breakfast this following morning in the restaurant and always good there as well. I love that you have complementary coffees available for your guest. What a fantastic idea not to mention that the coffee was wonderful.! As the famous Arnold says"I will be back🤗

We should have stayed two nights!

on site restaurant was great. Grandson requested cheeseburger, no cheese. However, it came to him with cheese (he is 5). When reminded, they immediately got him the correct order and even added some extra bacon (which was wonderful!!). Pool and sauna were great. Room was clean and very comfortable - loved the Lodge theme!

If i had to be picky, the keurig coffee pods only had one non-decaf. Yes we could have asked for more, but why? Two people at LEAST two caffeinated coffee pods. The creamer option was powdered coffee mate - yuck. Some half and half options would have been nice. That is all i can 'complain' about.
