The room was very nice and very comfortable. All of the staff was welcoming from checking in, to my return late at night to the breakfast area and checking out. Breakfast was nice, and the area very clean. The coffee was hot and ready. I will definitely stay here again!
I don't have anything negative to say about any part of my stay. It was positive from point A to point B. Thank you Sonesta staff!!

Breakfast was ok. Fake egg's,but the sausage was good
Ice maker for the in room refrigerator was turn off. In room phone did not work.

Great room size with kitchenette. Room and hotel in general is very up to date. With breakfast, the value for this room was great.
Check out staff was not there when I wanted to check out. It took about 10 minutes to find someone. I needed a receipt and they said it would be emailed to me. I never received it. I was still in the area so I returned and the staff would not give me a receipt even though they were the ones taking the money, not Booking.com. They also charged $5 per night and I never received a receipt for that.

Rooms very super spacious and loved the outdoor area with the pool.
Breakfast could have been better but the kids still loved it.
