We found the facility, mostly clean and comfortable and easy to get to
The pool did not appear clean enough so we didn’t swim. It seemed like there was a green algae at the bottom of the pool.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. My only complaints are that I was not acknowledged standing at the desk waiting several minutes while the clerk was on the phone. I am pretty patient but a simple nod in my direction would go a long way.
I asked the clerk to put my large bottles in the freezer so I would have ice blocks for my coolers for the two day drive home and when my husband went to retrieve them, they had been set on a shelf, NOT FROZEN. I had to purchase ice twice to get my cooler items home. I didn't appreciate that such a simple request was ignored!

Great location for where we needed to go. The staff was exceptional. Very friendly with everyone we came in contact with.
I loved the coffee bar and the options. The coffee was always full and hot. Great choices with breakfast.
I like that you can bring your dog, we didn’t this time but would in the future.
Had a nice indoor pool, this was nice to swim in the evening.
The property was nice but the room was a little worn. Nothing major but the bathroom probably needed a good a deep clean.
I didn’t like that the bathrooms were not stocked with towels but we were able to get more at the front desk.
