The towels in the bathroom were not brand new towels they were used towels and the tub was not cleaned properly in had stains. The carpet had a smell to it. The stove did not work

Pleasant and convenient

The room was clean and spacious. It was very convenient to have the kitchenette.

Bathroom was outdated. Some of the cleanliness details were missed. I.e, the dish brush was old and dirty. There was a used coffee packet in the coffee maker.

Disappointed

Location was great, but the proximity to the interstate made noise outside about the loudest I've ever heard at a hotel. Luckily we were on the backside and not bothered by the traffic noise.

When we checked in we were in a hurry to turn around and get to a wedding as we were running late. The room we were given smelled like the previous guest was a smoker and the room really stunk. We just turned on the air and left the room for the wedding in about 15 minutes. Upon return at around 10 pm, the smell was still overwhelming, the TV didn't work great and was small, the toilet seat wasn't connected to the toilet and slid off. We went to the front desk and asked for another room, and fortunately was able to transfer to a cleaner and better smelling room. TV was nicer, room seemed cleaner. But, when packing up the next morning I had an ant crawl out from under my wallet and the body soap in the shower was empty. Luckily, I was able to reach the hand soap by the sink to get me by. We also witnessed a potential domestic dispute in the parking lot. Just had a bad vibe to the place, but was grateful we were assigned a different room.

I loved the location and they did attempt to update the rooms.

My bed had a weird stain in it. The water pressure was really low. The shower was stopped up after being used 1 time. I contacted the front desk and spoke to Linda after a long night requesting late check out and was told no they are a sold out hotel. When i looked to see if it was any rooms available for that day, it was indeed, not sold out. Check out in at 12, about 12:01 they were calling my room. I did not answer because i was grabbing my things. Once i was walking out, i was welcomed at the elevator while trying to leave my floor. Linda was coming to my room at 12:05 to knock on my door and ask “was i staying or leaving”. I have never in my years of traveling had staff come knock on my door to ask me anything. Upon asking was that standard practice, i was told that it was and that it was in their policy. I then asked for their names and corporate information.

So my suggestion is to take pictures or monitor your room while you are in the city and when you come back and notice th

so I visit this property during my stay I checked in on a Saturday I realize when I get back to my room at 1 AM in the morning when it was time for me to take a shower that the nozzle was not working I went downstairs to the front office the next morning to complain regarding my issues. I was told that there’s no maintenance on the weekend. When I checked out on Tuesday I realized that I was I left something behind that’s valuable.. when I called the property that same day and told them what I had left behind and where I put it, they went to check it from my understanding and told me that it wasn't there, so I believe that someone had stole my property. Then they claimed that the only key that access the room was my key card which i found it kind of strange when I complained about the issue regarding my room the nozzle for the shower appeared to be working.

on line the property is advertised as a king suite but we find out when we get there it is a queen suite. The bed wasn’t made, kitchen floor was dirty, appliances were dirty. even the toilet paper had dirt on it!!
