Everything was cool until the handle fell off and hit my foot don’t know how it was loose but it was I just left and told them in a message the handle fell off

Loose shower handle and some staff there try to get extra cash off me wanted to charge by extra for pool

The staff was very accommodating and they gave us a room in a nice location

We had to change rooms because the sheets were dirty and there was pet hair all over the room. When we changed rooms I still noticed there were cleaning issues as there was an old current behind the new ones on the ground and hair in the sheets

The rooms weren’t cleaned so well , I will say the staff did do a good job but for me to find a condom wrapper on the dresser as soon as I walk into the room is not really a good sign. The pillow cases also looked like there was dust collected on it and don’t get me started on the shower I went and bought my own cleaning supplies to clean up. And I also did not receive my deposit back and I know for certain that the room was left in an appropriate state when I left.

I like this hotel but was disappointed with this visit.

This size of the room was great. I didn't feel cramped in. I like that it had a fridge and microwave. Plenty of lighting and places to sit. The complimentary breakfast was simple but okay. When you walk in the hotel there's a beautiful staircase in the middle of the floor, which makes it feels homely. The front desk clerk was polite and helpful. Even being by the elevator and pool. There wasn't alot of noise so I appreciate that.

The tub was extremely to low to the ground for me, it didn't have a stopper so I had to call and ask for one. It was also unclean. The complimentary coffee pot and ice bucket was stored away in a door under the microwave and it was full of dust. So I had to clean it but then realized there was no pot to make the coffee in. I also killed two little bugs on the bathroom sink on two different occasions. Which cause me to not sleep so well worried if there were bed bugs somewhere in the room or others. A little better on the cleaning and this could easily be one of my favorite hotels to stay when im in the area.

The woman at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. The location is perfect for those who travel for work in the area, centrally located.

Bed was comfy, shower had good pressure, breakfast was so so.

The eggs were good but was looking for some bacon or sausage to go with them. The biscuits with the biscuits and gravy were kind of cheap.

The floor in the elevator was FILTHY! That throw rug needs to be thrown out!

Bathroom toilet was leaking water. Aircondtioner was very noisy. Couldn't find how to turn on thelight on the nightstand.

Lower price for a reason.

The layout of the room was nice.

Smelled like marijuana in the lobby, hallways and even our room. The key was filthy. Couldn’t get hot water. Luke warm after 5 minutes. Check in wasn’t smooth either. Lights in fitness room turned off after 30 minutes. You really need to fix that.

Decent stay

Room rate. Bed was nice. Gave us a late checkout.

Not a fan of a tile floor throughout the hotel room. There was mold behind the toilet. Bathroom was handicapped accessible but it would have been nice to have one regular towel rack. There was no place to hang a towel except on the back of the door. Housekeeping didn't know where to leave towels either. They were left on a couch in the room. Kind of a poor design. Lightning in Bathroom was weird. Bathroom needed an update. Why isn't there a phone or clock by the bed?

Overall the place wasn’t that bad just needs better management.

The bed was comfortable

There was barely any light in the bathroom and we ask for towels and service in our room never got the towels or service, had to call front desk again for towels and they finally brought them. Breakfast was not bad but same thing biscuits and gravy and only eggs no sausage or bacon. The floor was dirty it needs to be mopped.

hotel ..was good location to interstate 65 and US highway 30..

The Lobby and hall ways very dirty, You could see they were not vacuumed or clean. Our room was not very attractive bathroom floor very dirty and sink. I cleaned the sink and put towels on floor to be able to use it..

Outside was not kept up very well. Trash heeded picked up.
