I will never return.

I did not like the fact that the rooms did not have a microwave inside, the beds were very uncomfortable, my room was not cleaned during my entire stay. I had to ask staff for 12 hours for clean towels. The showers are uncomfortable to use.

The rooms were cozy and intimate. It was very clean.

The breakfast wasn’t the best only because the hot food items were slim, the eggs were watery. There are not any microwaves in the room. The walls are pretty thin and you can hear everything.

I was not happy.

I booked a kind size room for my wife’s birthday and I got a two queen bed room. This was not very comfortable for my wife and I. There was no notification of the room change or anything. Note was anything done when I called and complained to the front desk. Lastly on the day of checkout, I needed an additional 30min for a late check out and that was not accommodated either. Overall this was not a good experience.

Homley, inciting…I loved the snacks that were offered

I loved the staff I don’t remember all their names. It the ones that stood out was Trey, Doree and Annette they were attentive throughout my entire 3 week stay…ALL STAFF WERE AMAZING❤️❤️🥰

Only 1 washer and dryer had to go to Home 2 next door and they accommodated me, and no microwave in the room, but even with that it wasn’t a negative😉

The desk staff were very kind. I thought it was a nice and inviting touch that the TV had "welcome Sarah" on it as a screensaver. The room was minimalist which I really appreciated. I personally think having a dresser or armoire I think is pretty useless, I have never used them when traveling. The hotel and room were very clean. I felt safe knowing and seeing there were cameras everywhere. There were plenty of electric and USB outlets. They were placed where they would be most used. I will definitely go out of my way to stay in a Tru again.

Room was small for the price, tv was very limited channels, pool was freezing and gross there was so much stuff (debris, hair, trash) floating in it and it was super cloudy, elevator made weird noise, breakfast was okay the pastries were good but the eggs and meat didn’t look very good.

Friendliness of the staff, vibrant decor, comfortable bed, fridge in the room, iron and ironing board in the room. Good for a one night stay.Welcome gift of water and snacks.

Lack of closet and drawers for clothes. The rod for hanging clothes was over a shelf that was above the fridge, so it was not ideal for long clothes. Pets were not restricted to certain floors or rooms. Therefore, there was no guarantee that guests with allergies could stay in a pet free zone.

For one night!

Not a bad hotel to stay overnight. Large parking. Coffee, tea 24/7. Comfortable beds. Good location of the hotel.

Didn't like the check-in. The doors were locked, we arrived around 12 midnight. Loud music was playing at the entrance and we didn't understand what was said at the reception. Because we couldn't hear anything. We didn't understand what we had to do to get the door opened. Very poor breakfast. And the soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. It's not clear why they put soundproof doors that are very hard to close, but there are gaps the size of a finger. Every time your neighbors slam their door, you shudder. Before booking a hotel, read all the negative reviews right away, as there are many positively inflated reviews written and you do not see the real picture of the hotel.

Herausragender Service beim Frühstück

Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr geräumig. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war besonders. Waffeln, Pancakes, Rührei mit Käse, Bacon, Muffins, Bagel, Toast. Wenn etwas anderes gewünscht wurde musste man es einfach nur Annette, der super freundlichen und herzlichen Dame vom Service mitteilen und es wurde zur besorgt. Annette war eine besondere Servicekraft auf unserer Rundreise um die „Großen Seen“ die uns noch sehr lange in Erinnerung bleiben wird. Dieses Hotel kann man ohne Einschränkungen weiterempfehlen

Am Bett waren ein paar zu wenig Steckdosen um seine Geräte aufzuladen. Die Vorhanden waren durch die Beleuchtung am Bett und durch die Stehlampe belegt. Hier könnte noch etwas nachgebessert werden.
