It had a weird smell in the lobby area near the elevators but it could be from what people were probably cooking

This property was not at all how it was portrayed. Very poor condition & service, front desk representative was eating while checking me in and sent me to a soiled room, morning shift rep was over 10 mins late coming in to process my check out the following morning. There was a cockroach infestation & no one was taking calls or answering on the urgency line provided to let them know to change my room after checking in. Early checkout phone line was not available. Horrible experience I will be reporting.

Nothing, I made reservations online to show up at the hotel and there was no one working. At the front desk so I wasn’t able to get the room I paid for

The room smell really bad and it was not clean it was food left on the floor from the previous guest I just wasn't happy and toilet constantly ran

Do not stay here. This is the single worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Absolutely nothing.

The property was filthy - vomit in the stairwell and ketchup splattered on the light fixture filthy. The air conditioning did not work and it was 90 degrees outside. The staff member was unhelpful and distracted by his own phone. Truly horrible. No one slept, I wish we had left and asked for a refund.

Dirty room, have to return own towels, never comes to clean your room, kitchen set up but have to pay extra for kitchen items. Bathroom always smelled like cigarettes even in a no smoking room. Pets stay here. Guest have them outside without a leash.

Workers did not try to accommodate us as paying customer's. Rooms was not cleaned . Could not get clean towels and no toiletries. Ended up going to locals stores to get what we needed.

It had an odd smell, the blanket was where the top sheet was supposed to go and semen and hair was dried on the sheets and the front desk would not send anyone to change it

Armchair looked like it was pulled out of a Goodwill dumpster. Toilet wouldn't flush, even with turning the water on and off. I had to fill the tank with a trash can full of water to get it to flush. The TV remote was broken and wouldn't even hold a battery in it. Blinds were broken and couldn't be opened or shut, they were just stuck in the middle. The wi-fi didn't work at all, I had to use my mobile Hotspot instead. Staff wasn't friendly at all to me or anybody else. No tissues in the bathroom (not a real deal breaker, just shows how little this hotel thinks about its guests.) The entire hotel smelled like it was a smoking-only hotel until about a year ago then suddenly became non-smoking....

I planned to stay for nine nights from 4-11 to 4-20. I checked in at 9:30 p.m. on 4-11 and checked out at 9:00 a.m. on 4- 12.

Ok if you like to smell cigaretttes and Marijuana in a non-smoking hotel.

The staff was friendly at check-in and the lobby seemed secured to hotel guests with key cards.

It was a non-smoking hotel, yet you could smell cigarettes and Marijuana throughout the hotel and in our room. We are non-smokers and the smell of cigarette was strong enough to cause breathing difficulty. And I'm pretty sure we got a contact high from the Marijuana (which is illegal in the state we stayed in). Upon check out, a metal enclosure was down and there was no instructions on how to check out or what to do with the room key.

The sink in the bathroom was clogged up it went down real slow and then at the bottom of the toilet was urine, which means someone didn't clean up the room as well as they should have.

This place is bizarre.

The location was great and lots of places within walking distance.

We arrived at 7PM after riding 10 hours on motorcycles. Our room wasn't ready. We waited for it to be cleaned for appx 1 hour.. When we went into the room, it smelled of heavy chemicals. When we pulled back the sheets, they hadn't been changed. There was dog hair, wrappers, and coins in one of the beds. Very black footprints on the other. We had to change the sheets and clean the floor. Everything was completely sold out in the area or we would have left. The hotplate was on in the room and it appeared that staff lived there and we may have taken his room.

Cop parked out front. Key access from front desk to rooms? Why? Broken, as in literally flopping around faucet in bathroom. Floor was dirty. Clock didn't work, usb didn't work. Noisy, people up and loud at 3am, in hall and room above us and outside. Would be nice if they did some maintenance. Sliver of soap provided.

The customer service from the staff was exceptional. They were very kind as well as knowledgeable with a willingness to assist me. Should I need to go back to this area again I will definitely stay at this hotel and I highly recommended it.

For what I paid per night, the hotel was fine, I was unhappy with the cleanliness overall.

The staff was very friendly and pleasant. The room was spacious and the door to the bathroom was wider than i expected which was nice, good hanging space & drawers for my clothes and the night stand was perfect for my cpap machine, I liked the USB port on the light and the accessible outlet plug for my cpap machine.

The floor in my room was dirty, I had to wash my feet before going to bed. The hallway carpet had cracker crumbs on it near my door and they were never vacuumed while I was there for 4 days. I could hear conversations from the next room as well as the television. The mattress was too firm and the pillows were flat. I was not given a hand towel or Kleenex in the room. The toilet paper was too rough. The smokers would smoke near the entrance and I could smell the smoke through the air conditioning vents on the first floor.
