Didn't like that they didn't give us a room key and every time we left the room we had to go get a staff member to let us in. Neither tv in the room worked. Nor did the wifi

The doors close to loud... you can hear guests and kids running through the hallway like a football team is doing drills or something... and if you have someone upstairs from you you can hear them stomping and dropping everything like rude loud neighbors if you live in an apartment just like that... and breakfast was not ( free ) $11 for regular breakfast and $18 for buffet breakfast... not worth it..

My issue was not with the hotel. My issue was with booking.com and not reporting my information over to the hotel fast enough. Once I arrive to the hotel, they informed me that I did not have a booking from booking.com and I had to pay twice in order to get a hotel room. It was such an inconvenience.

The beds were nice very comfortable. Also the bathroom was nice and clean, over all no problems with the hotel room.
The only thing I didn’t like was the food it could have been better.

The breakfast was really yummy and Shane at the front desk helped with towels right away
We stay 2 nights. The room was not cleaned after the 1st day, we had to ask for towels. The pool was really dirty at the edges of the pool showing greasy dark stains. The breakfast was charged although it was advertised being included with the stay.

As usual, the Hilton Hotels are my 'go-to' choice for my business trips and personal travel, too! The Hilton Hotels NEVER disappoint and my stay at this Hilton was no exception! The room was VERY clean, the climate was comfortable, modern, and top-notch! Stayed here for a quiet date night getaway for one night. We were both extremely satisfied!
The only con was that we got to our room at check-in and the key card didn't work. The front desk staff tried several times to activate the key, but to no avail, so we stayed in the room without key access and the staff let us know that they would bring us a working key later! We had to ask the staff to let us back in if we left the room for ice or anything else. The VERY friendly staff said that the inoperable key could be due to a computer update and that they would continue to try to fix the matter. Sadly, around 6 am, we were awakened because we heard someone jiggling and jarring at our door, so we thought someone might be trying to come in, but it turned out to be the staff trying to fix the sensor on the door! This was a little inconvenient and annoying, but it wasn't a deal breaker for us, because the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was safe and comfortable!

The pillows were too soft and the toilet wasn't stable in my room. The water in the bathroom sink doesn't drain fast enough.

The lady who checked us in... I believe her name was Nancy... went above ad beyond. She was so nice that everything else could have been terrible and we probably wouldn't have even noticed. But fortunately that wasn't the case. Breakfast, in particular was a rare treat. We made sure to talk to the chef after eating to let him know how much we'd enjoyed our meals... and to add a second tip to the jar. It was just that good!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I was there for a long stay and they made me feel welcome. Facilities were clean and the food was tasty. I appreciated that they had laundry services.

Location was under renovation. Registered/reserved room via 3rd party and there was no indication of renovation. Would not have stayed there if I had known. Restaurant was not open due to that.
