Room was clean!! All the staff members were extremely nice and helpful. Rooms were a nice size. Took one star for the mattresses that weren’t comfortable. Other than that i would of rated it with five!

It was a horrible experience, our whole room Flooded and all our stuff was drenched from the sprinklers after the fire alarm went off and we all had to vacate the whole building . My kids were bare foot it was pouring rain. There was no compensation on the hotels end . My sons shoes were drenched inside out and he had nothing else to wear same with all our clothes.. I was very disappointed in that..

The property didn’t allow check-in even after the check in time. They checked in other guests that arrived after and gave them rooms. Ended up booking a different hotel nearby and didn’t stay

The staff were absolutely wonderful. Everything was clean and they had an open bar and the bartender was absolutely amazing. The lady at the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. It had been a long trip and they were right there, waiting on us hand and foot.

The only complaint that we had with our stay was the shower in in our room (# 333). The shower was anemic at best. There's nothing worse than stepping into a shower that has zero force in the flow. It takes two to three times longer to lather up and rinse off. I would hope that the hotel maintenance will look into this matter and correct it for the next customer.

Overall stay pretty good Couldn’t quite check in on time due to a issue with keys being made there were no accommodations offered for the inconvenience also not able to close curtains so I felt like there was no privacy allotted

Room was clean— only stayed two nights so not sure if they don’t clean/replace towels for short stays but this wasn’t done during my stay. You have to pay extra for the breakfast so I can’t tell you how that was. The gym facilities were good.
