Despite the comfortable bed, this was disappointing.

Bed was very comfortable, (best feature) actually superior to the one @ Hilton Garden Inn. Pillows and linens were better than average in its class. The gentleman behind the desk was very nice, and helpful.

Many tired, worn, or stained surfaces: including cigarette burns on toilet seat and edge of bathtub which contributed to a slightly down-market feel overall, despite the general cleanliness being acceptable, and many new pieces of modern furniture. There seems to be a disregard for such incongruent details, despite some recent re-decorating. Pool is permanently closed, which was sad, as I hadn’t read any mention of that. I was looking forward to swimming. Too much “Green Tea” air freshener being spritzed continuously in the lobby by a timed-atomiser. Between the new vinyl plank flooring throughout (strong out-gassing vinyl odour) and this cloying scent deployed continuously, those with allergies or scent sensitivities should beware. Windows actually open wide, so weather permitting, one can properly ventilate the room. I ran the fan on high continuously to remedy the situation once the temperature plummeted. Breakfast was not very inspiring either. Described as an inclusive hot breakfast only consisted of waffles (no butter), and square egg scramble portions. Not what I’m accustomed to in such places. Ordinarily there are hash browns, or other potatoes, bacon or sausage, but not at this location. No coffee or tea, or electric kettle in the room either, only a pump carafe at the 6-8 O’Clock breakfast. The gentleman behind the desk professionally dealt with my many suggestions. He could sympathise with many of my objections. WiFi signal was weak, and service kept dropping off as well, making working online quite challenging and slow.

Run if you can

Nothing at all very disappointed with my stay

My first night was so bad and the lady in the front dest Arby told me I had to wait until the morning to wash up to get any more towels. They have roaches and I was scared to even eat the breakfast. How you going say you have a pool that been down for four years said by the staff. Manager wouldn't give my the owner information to talk about his front desk lady. As I was told he covers up for her and won't do anything to her.

The stay at this hotel was a nightmare, unsettling noises through the night , could not get sleep to make our travel in the morning, hotel clerk that morning of check rude and would not accommodate us for our inconveniences , hotel wea flooded out in the entrance to the room., hotel appeared very unstable. We should have been reimbursed.

Nothing, should have been reimbursed , however the clerk would not accommodate us. No rest because of loud noises that could not be detected , flooded hallway entrance, one drying bath towel , there was two of us. That building needs to be reported to the health department.

Roomy and quiet comfortable beds

The rooms are not cleaned they are just spot wiped. I believe more time can be given to be sure to get bugs out of corners and wipe dirty things from the walls that last guest may have done.

Hot in the lobby. Kinda run down. Breakfast was dismal. Pool is a concrete wasteland with little hope to ever be fixed. Didn't know pool was out of order when booking, but didn't plan to use it either way. Literally one towel in the room, didn't ask for more... Whatever...

Horrible!!! Their system was so slow we waited 50 mins for the computer to load and no I’m not exaggerating. Them the lady refused to use my booking information trying to get us to buy the room through the facility when we already booked. Had to have them cancel my reservation I’ll never stay at this P.O.S place ever do not recommend! They need to update their staff and computer software horrible Wi-Fi as well. Might as well be on dial up it was so bad

It was very clean. Strong smell of pine-sol. NO CARPET...FLOORS COLD DEFINITELY. Breakfast was sparing. Eggs and sausage only offered 6am-7am...staff was absent. Had to request refill on just bread, among other things. Oatmeal was spilled in microwave...pancake mix all on counter.

Door didn't lock and no elevator.

The room is confortable, spacious, and all the time is clean.

I try tu use the tv in my room, but my control isnt working good, i give to the people in reception and the hotel never returning me the control, the tuesday i wake up at 7:30 and i dont see a lot option for breakfast, and every morning that i wake up at 6:30 the eggs for breakfast are closer to over, nobody restock, why you offer breakfast time 6 - 9 if you dont make sure to get enough for the rest of the time, and i understand the personal needs to eat, but if you see thats not enough egg for breakfast, maybe need to restock most eggs

AWEFUL!!!!

There was nothing I liked.

The hotel smelled bad, the room smelled bad, the breakfast bar looked like it was from a truck stop that hasn’t been cleaned in two years, hence if there was any good food to eat. The pool was closed off and it looked like it has been abandoned for 20 years. The remote for the TV wasn’t in the let alone to be able to turn it on by a button and the hotel staff was missing Saturday morning.

The room seemed to be humid. I felt wet it was weird lol, I don’t know how else to explain it. Maybe it was just the floor being wet with some cleaning solution that wouldn’t dry?

Superb

I have used this Days Inn since it was a Rodeway Inn years ago. It’s a good stop for me on my way from Cincinnati to AirVenture Oshkosh very year. The location is great and the parking lot accommodates my small camper very well. I was disappointed a while back when I found it closed, I guess for renovations. It needed it. This year I found it to be much cleaner and generally smelled better. It’s not fancy but much nicer overall, and very functional for my purpose which is a quick overnight stay in a clean place with easy access. Very pleased with my stay.

WiFi was unstable which I really didn’t need, and the key card door latch always took some coaxing.

switched rooms 5 different times because the heat didn’t work in any of the rooms. the bathroom ceiling is horrible in each of the rooms I went to. Floors need to be mopped and swept better. one of the rooms window was cracked open wouldn’t close. the gentleman at the front desk was very rude and unhelpful. Overall disappointed
