The hotel had electricity

This was the nastiest hotel I have ever seen. My family and I were greeted in the lobby to a stagnant cigarette smell, got to our room, walked in and it smelled the same as the lobby. I checked the mattresses and box springs (as I do with every hotel I've ever stayed at) and noticed not only trash, and food in the corners, but BED BUGS tucked into the box spring liner. Went down to the lobby and told the concierge of what we found, so she gave us a different room. When we walked into the room, there was still a lingering smoky smell. No trash this time but bed bug stains and eggs were all over the box spring. Had my family sit in the car while I talked with the lady in the lobby to get a refund so we could go to a different hotel, but she didn't have anyone to contact. No name, no number, just a random email that never messaged me back. I will be taking further action to keep people safe from getting there homes infested with bed bugs.

The room was dirty. Sink and mirror had not been cleaned from previous guest. There was a live bug on the floor in the bathroom. There were not any towel bars in the bathroom.

My bathroom wasn’t cleaned, there was a rag hanging in the shower curtain when I got into the room. And my remote fell to the side of the bed where I found a magum wrapper

The jacuzzi tub was nice and relaxing. Two tvs in the room with a living and sleeping area in the presidential suite. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good.

The ice machine was not working. Only one machine for both floors. We brought warm drinks with the expectation that there would be ice available. We were in the room next to the pool and there was some odd banging after 10pm. We didn't go look to see what it was or go complain, as we were already in bed. The TV in the sleeping space appears it may be needing to be replaced soon. The screen was faint of color. There is two plug in areas on the bar with 3 items that need plugged in. We accidentally unplugged the fridge when using the coffee pot.

Didn't have booking info. By 2nd day, managers came to my room to tell us they tried to charge my card, card wasn't working. I couldn't understand why it wasn't working. Then they only wanted cash, not another card. Took cash out on the same card. So, I paid for 4 nights for 2 rooms in cash. Had 2 sets of receipts showing I paid in cash. They assured me my card wouldn't be charged. It wasn't until we left. Then managers wouldn't answer the phone. Luckily, we have family that is in the police dept where the hotel is located. It took a visit from them to get the money refunded. Would not recommend staying here. Rooms were smelly. Very musky. Had issues with room cards daily.

The hotel is very outdated and half the stuff didn’t work properly. The pool liner is too big that you touch all the wrinkles on the floor. it was cold. The rooms smelled old the doors didn’t close all the way the toilet didn’t flush properly, had to flush 3to4 times. Mold in the shower curtain. You can tell they don’t clean the bathroom ….

Hot tub in the room.

Very dirty. Big red stain on carpet under bed was dirty with napkins and paper, the hot tub i cleaned before getting in. Also stunk like mildew in room the freezer had ice caked in it. Very disappointed.

The breakfast in the morning had a good variety

The black all over my sheets, the fact that my kids feet were black after walking on the carpet in the room. The smell of the room was old cigar smoke.The pool was unkempt, the liner was all wrinkled in the bottom and used floaties were just sitti.g around all night and day. The area is very sketchy, I did not feel comfortable staying. We arrived at 2am and were gone before 10am to get out.

I had Two rooms they was not the cleanest an it was dated! They didn’t feel or smell clean

Good waffles. I live for the waffles. staff worked hard to keep up with the demand.

The staff person who checked me in was super nice

There were teenage boys and a girl who kept walking out the room and in the room all night long. They were loud not sure what was going on. The final thing was they kept going out over to and around people’s cars, their room was right next to ours

The presidential suite with a jacuzzi was pretty nice. Decent location, friendly customer service. Good price for the value overall.

Room could be cleaner. There was some mold near the kitchen. Breakfast was not good. Very few options with cheap ingredients. For example, no eggs, bacon or sausage - only turkey patties.

I thought for the price of the room it would have been more up to date interior, it was clean but just out dated it seemed to me , the bed wasn’t very comfortable but I was worn out n needed a good sleep after travel good distance from home to job site

Breakfast would have been okay but we skipped it in favor of Panera Bread. Plenty of free parking and good access to the interstate.

Location is meh. This hotel is quite old with well-worn bathrooms and a not-so-welcoming feel. Staff was mostly friendly but first put us in a not-serviced room. They changed us to another room, and it was okay, but it was all quite inconvenient.

Maria was a great help, and most of the staff was nice and accomodating.

There was one lady at the front desk that was particularly rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. The pool was recently lined but very uneven and even dangerous as you can slip inside the pool easily. My room had a broken bathroom door, missing grout in the shower tiles and there was a chair in there that was incredibly filthy. The beds were uncomfortable, so didn't stay for breakfast.

It is conveniently located off the highway with easy access to many stores and restaurants in the area.

I’ve stayed at this hotel twice. The first time my stay was decent. This last time it was awful. After checking in we went to our room. We always check the beds for signs of bedbugs when we stay at hotels. As soon as we pulled back the blanket we saw a bedbug crawling across the sheet. We left the room immediately and advised the woman behind the counter about what we found. She asked me to email her the video I took of it and I did. We asked for a refund and left to stay at another hotel down the road. I will never stay at this hotel again.

I liked that I was asked if I had a preference on which floor I wanted to stay on. I asked to be able to see my car. The receptionist honored my request. Of course the breakfast was awesome!! I liked that the entire building is non smoking. I like that there’s no tolerance of disruption by other people staying at the hotel. Staff removed disruptive people immediately before I was going to notify them. I liked that there’s a little work out room and a laundry room.

I tend to feel uncomfortable that the front door opens and closes automatically, and no one is monitoring who is coming and going in the building through those doors when the receptionist be in the back room which is a safety hazard if an active shooter were to appear. I informed the receptionist that the cover to the remote was missing. The elevator buttons are dirty. It needs a wipe down due to germs. Overall, everything was fine.

Absolutely everything else was terrifying to the point I kept everything bagged up and sealed the whole trip and was too paranoid to even sleep because of bugs and the stale stench of mold, cigarettes and other disgusting smells. There were semen stains on the lampshades and I seriously am traumatized from even going there

The bathroom door did not close, and nails fell out of the hinges.

I love the front desk worker she was very helpful and my process was quick to check in, I love the option we had for breakfast next time it will be for more days and not with my children lol
