Parking was easy accessible.
The snow wasnât really cleaned properly so it was hard to walk through to get to the entrance. I normally stay at this hotel for work because it is nearby. I have stayed a few times but unfortunately this time, it wasnât great like the others. After a long day we check in, we had 2 people try to come in the room without knocking. If we hadnât put the lock, they would have came in. When we went to the door, they questioned if we had checked out, we had to explain that we just checked in not too long. It seemed like they had some sort of confusion. The room itself wasnât very clean, it looked like they had cleaned it very quickly. The floor was still wet, there was hair everywhere and the bathroom was different. It was a tub, which was okay but still a little dirty. The towels had a stain in it. On the couch, there like white powdery residue that we had to clean.The outlets were broken and not working which was frustrating because we had to use the outlets near the TV.
