I enjoyed my stay and the room itself was great.
I don't like that my booking stated that I would be charged $142.16 and I was charged $242.16 not including my $100 deposit. So in total I was charged $342.16. When I asked the employee at the front desk about the charge he stated that it's just the way the system charges and I would be receiving $200 in return. I only received the $100 deposit back.

I didn’t like that Tony the manager said I wouldn’t be charged another deposit to my card to just extend one single night then charged my card ANOTHER deposit 🤣😭 3 mins after saying they will use my original one which is what most place do I’ve extended hundreds of times.

1. Lack of Professional Greeting at Check-In
Upon arrival, my sister and I were not greeted at all. Despite two front desk staff seeing us enter, they chose to continue conversing in the back office. We had to ring a bell to be acknowledged, which left us with a poor first impression.
2. Strong Sewage Odor
A persistent sewage smell was noticeable near the entrance, directly adjacent to the bar and dining area. This was extremely unpleasant and raised immediate concerns regarding the sanitary conditions of the property, particularly the kitchen.
3. Room Conditions and Disruptions
• The first room we were provided had no hot water. We discovered this only after unpacking and settling my sister’s infant son. When we requested assistance, we were met with a dismissive tone and told we must repack and bring all of our belongings downstairs before receiving a new room. This caused unnecessary stress and disrupted the baby’s rest.
• The second room had hot water; however, the bathtub drained so poorly that water collected around our ankles while showering. The water took approximately 30 minutes to fully drain, leaving a ring of soap residue in the tub.
4. Parking Limitations
On Saturday evening, the hotel hosted an event in its banquet hall. This resulted in limited parking for overnight guests who had paid to stay at the property. We were forced to circle the lot several times before finding a space.
My sister and I had saved for this trip to visit family, and we were left disappointed and inconvenienced by the conditions and service we experienced.

It’s an old looking building. It needs some remodeling but the service was really good. It needs some new beds and crips for babies.

Location. 10 mins away from the outlets and 20-25 min away from Disney and Anaheim shopping center. 15-20 min to downtown LA depending on traffic. Beds were comfy. Water pressure was good. And everything was functional.
Breakfast was cold and bland. The breakfast attend was rude. Also, the counter person who checked me in said something about an early check in fee after I had asked during booking to be checked in around 1pm as my flight came in at that time. Of course I’m aware that it may not be possible, but no fee was mentioned. The elevator feels like a scary situation. The rooms smelt like chemicals from cleaning which gave me a headache, and I had to switch rooms due to the heater burning and causing the smoke detector to go off.
