It looks old dirty and outdated the breakfast was cold room still had water on night stand from previous guests the green topper on bed was dirty

Sofa bed was really uncomfortable

Would be nice to have two people at the front desk around check in time. Citlaly was very helpful and pleasant at the front desk.

Location for us is excellent. Close to Family, Los Angeles and other places we like to visit.

1. Lack of Professional Greeting at Check-In Upon arrival, my sister and I were not greeted at all. Despite two front desk staff seeing us enter, they chose to continue conversing in the back office. We had to ring a bell to be acknowledged, which left us with a poor first impression. 2. Strong Sewage Odor A persistent sewage smell was noticeable near the entrance, directly adjacent to the bar and dining area. This was extremely unpleasant and raised immediate concerns regarding the sanitary conditions of the property, particularly the kitchen. 3. Room Conditions and Disruptions     •    The first room we were provided had no hot water. We discovered this only after unpacking and settling my sister’s infant son. When we requested assistance, we were met with a dismissive tone and told we must repack and bring all of our belongings downstairs before receiving a new room. This caused unnecessary stress and disrupted the baby’s rest.     •    The second room had hot water; however, the bathtub drained so poorly that water collected around our ankles while showering. The water took approximately 30 minutes to fully drain, leaving a ring of soap residue in the tub. 4. Parking Limitations On Saturday evening, the hotel hosted an event in its banquet hall. This resulted in limited parking for overnight guests who had paid to stay at the property. We were forced to circle the lot several times before finding a space. My sister and I had saved for this trip to visit family, and we were left disappointed and inconvenienced by the conditions and service we experienced.

The breakfast was sufficient. The staff was friendly and kept the dining area immaculate.

The menu choices could have been better. The main breakfast meal was the same every day.

The food was terrible there was hidden fees once I got there and the night staff was rude!! And most the staff didn’t speak English or little to no English.

It’s an old looking building. It needs some remodeling but the service was really good. It needs some new beds and crips for babies.

The staff was awesome! From checking on, room service to breakfast in the mornings and dining in. Everything went well

Location. 10 mins away from the outlets and 20-25 min away from Disney and Anaheim shopping center. 15-20 min to downtown LA depending on traffic. Beds were comfy. Water pressure was good. And everything was functional.

Breakfast was cold and bland. The breakfast attend was rude. Also, the counter person who checked me in said something about an early check in fee after I had asked during booking to be checked in around 1pm as my flight came in at that time. Of course I’m aware that it may not be possible, but no fee was mentioned. The elevator feels like a scary situation. The rooms smelt like chemicals from cleaning which gave me a headache, and I had to switch rooms due to the heater burning and causing the smoke detector to go off.

$100. Deposit and would not give a receipt . We had to clean the air conditioner filter it was too dirty . Breakfast you get one plate and they serve you like you was a child . Cannot get seconds . Unless it’s cereal or pancakes only

No Safe in the room to keep your valuables.

The breakfast was awful. I went one time and did not bother to go back for the rest of our stay. You were allowed on fried egg a frozen sausage and toast. the eating area was not very clean.

Or room was too hot and it kinda smell like wet molt, We had to spray some perfume so the smell would go away..

Not friendly, never cleaned my room 1 time in the 5 days I was there. Breakfast was very light in quantity. Pool was dirty water.
