The food at the hotel was very affordable especially with the player's card discount. Use of the business lounge was also very convenient and it was nice that the grab and go was open for late night snacks! I like the room showers being dedicated and not the combo bathtub/shower.

The outside smoking area is adjacent to the valet pickup stand. So you have to endure the smoke from smokers while waiting for your car in the valet area. While the hotel location is convenient, you still need a car to get places. For example, the Citadel outlet is next door but it's quite a long walk. The air conditioner was set too cold for my preferences.

as my husband loves to play poker he hang out playing poker but me and y son had to stay in the room

there was no breakfast. this is a poker hotel. If you want to eat the room servıce has optıons but it was mainly for asian customers. there could be more snacks, hamburger so on..

I thought there would be place to hang out like a lobby but everywhere there were poker tables. even outside there was no sitting area.

I didn’t like talking to Commerce casino over the phone. It was difficult understanding what he was saying. He had an accent that I couldn’t quite understand what he is fully trying to say.

Dated, warn, lot looked after, in a dodgy neighbourhood. Facilities and amenities were terrible

Liked nothing. Fairly dated, warn out, whilst not 'dirty', certainly no clean. Stains on some furniture.... Decided to leave after only one night when we had booked for 2 night stay.

Liked nothing. Pool area very, very warn... Hot tub not operational, drained and looked like it has not been used in year/s.... the general state of the facility was very, very dated and warn out, and looked nothing like the images on Booking.com. We were so put of by the experience, we left after the first night and would NEVER go back and likely, as a result for being guided by booking.com ratings on the hotel, to not use booking.com again. The hotel staff also tried to charge us for a 'resort fee', which we pushed back on hard and rejected it.

Good size room & bathroom

Room not clean when he arrived. Fake eyelashes on the pillow, floor not swept. We requested it be cleaned & it was but maid don’t come everyday so towels not replaced & bins not emptied. We requested maid but they didn’t come. In a week we only had the room cleaned & towels changed twice. Hotel seems to focus a lot more on casino guests than hotel guests. There’s a players lounge, priority check in for players but very little facilities for just ‘hotel guests’. No bar, only 1 restaurant and we were told many times our 19 year old was not welcome beyond the check in area because of the casino. It really felt like hotel guests aren’t appreciated. Pool is very small & swallow & the sitting area near the pool could be improved to make it nicer as it does loll ok a lot different/better on the photos of the hotels.

Decent stay for a quick turn around for our travel plans.

The location of and price of the property was what we were looking for a quick turn around in our travel plans.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. Found hair in the tub as well as the floor of the bathroom. A piece of furniture was damaged from age/use and could’ve been replaced so the room looked a bit more kept. The room did not have a luggage rack. Staff lacked hospitality and could use more training to converse with guests appropriately and offer more information about the amenities of the property. If we didn’t over hear the other attendant helping here guests, would have not known about what the hotel offered.

They don’t follow up and steal phone chargers.

They never sent the baby crib. We called 10 times. And we left our two iPhone Chargers by mistake. And somehow they never could find them!? Each charger is over $44 each. This is not ok.

Great service and amazing spa, but the pool needs serious attention.

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The room was clean, and the spa services were excellent – super relaxing and professional.

The pool was a big letdown – it looked completely abandoned and unusable, like no one had been in it for years. Definitely not inviting.

Great hotel overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the beds were decent – not perfect, but good enough. For the location, the price was fair and much more affordable than staying in central Los Angeles.

The pool was in terrible condition and didn’t look usable at all. Also, the staff wasn’t very friendly, which took away from the overall experience
