Good clean sleep

Go somewhere else

One of my accessible rooms was nice and big. The other was a tub which was inconvenient The ramps up to the accessible rooms were a big plus.

Breakfast was one of the amenities and when we arrived they didnt offer any breakfast. Getting into the parking lot was a hassle and an employee car was parked at the check in area which didnt allow any cars to go through. The rooms smelled, the doors were warped and the beds were very cheap. We didn't recieve any house keeping during our stay. No new towels, clean sheets, etc.

Stayed another week

I liked the room. The bed is comfortable. I liked that I am able to work remotely with the WiFi. It's quiet here and they are located close to many food places. The mini fridge and microwave is great.

I didn't like the laundry room, kitchen, and gym are closed. I was hoping to wash my clothes on site instead of hunting down a laundromat.

I liked it but i didn't lkke how there was cats by the door and I'm allergic

I liked when i called and asked the front desk for towels and they gave it to me in less then 5 minutes but there was another time they forgot and I had to remind them

I heard noise if a couple argue and it woke me up. Plus the air condition needs to be clean so it won't smell when I turned it on.

I dont think there was breakfast . The person who checked me in was not very welcoming , not friendly or informative at all .

The bathroom shower was very rusty , the bathroom was not cleaned , i cleaned it myself . The sink was not cleaned . The refrigerador not working , it was leaking .

NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

convenient location

I arrived @3:45 pm to check in, the front desk gave me a room in the 3rd floor. I told her if she had a room in the 1st or 2nd floor, she looked bothered and said no. I let her know that I was previously there on July 19, 2025 and they had given me a room in the 3rd floor and I was not able to open the door. When I went to let the front desk know, he said they had been having problems with that room and I said then why did you give me that room if you know you had been having problems and have not fixed it. He noted and did not answer me. She continue to look bothered and did not change my room. When I was in the room, within 20 minutes I folded that bed spread down and looked at the bed there was a bug on the bed. When I caught it, it had bleed blood. I let the front desk know and they said they would send a person to look at it. The person came in, looked at it and said it's ok it's just a bug. I told him it bleed blood, I want another room and he said okay okay if you want to leave/check-out its okay. I was there for my father's funeral and checking out to find another hotel was not an option at this time. The other problem I encountered was the sink that had no hot water and the shower stall had black handprints on the walls (possible plumbers).

This hotel got the job done to say the least.

The area was close to everywhere that we were going. Not far from the heart of LA, decent ride to the beach, etc.

To be honest, the room could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom area specifically. The room itself was clean. When trying to call in for help on the phone it did not work, so you have to go to the office. The workers are really nice though and jump on the things needed. We also didn’t have a tv remote lol. The bathroom sink didn’t get hot water either.

The area.

The Room was filthy, as soon as I opened the door funk hit me in the face. My husband swept the floor 5 minutes after entry. The bathroom floor had a puddle, as it turns out the toilet was leaking. The bedding had stains and hair all over it!!! I complained to the front desk and was told they don't have any more rooms. I requested new bedding, and towels to wrap around the toilet. The majority of the amenities listed weren't available!!! We were down for my mother-in-law's funeral and short on funds otherwise I would have gone down the street to Days Inn. I have several Videos as evidence, I should've taken photos. Hence, I still haven't been refunded my $100 deposit.. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay at this place, they charged too much for the conditions and it's obvious they don't care. Someone needs to come in and shake up management; 5 years or so ago I had a good experience, that's why I came back. Never again!!!

i lost over 1,000 dollars in belongings , my window was busted out and i had to pay for everything.

breakfast was no longer an option but the app said there would be , the gym was closed and my car was broken into , no sign was posted saying that they aren't responsible and they didnt even want to give us a refund or a free night.and they stole over 1,000 dollars in belongings from my car.
