Dissatisfaction on several issues.

Beds were comfortable

We were not notified that the hotel was undergoing total renovation. No bar, no restaurant, limited access to grounds. We felt mislead. The room was very dated, coffee machine was broken. The phone in the room was inoperable.

Location, amenities

Had yard men climbing on my roof cutting palm branches at 7 am on a weekend, I went outside to see what was going on and almost got hit by a falling tree limb!!! I was told they had no control over timing of this! The pool had 2 groups blasting loud musicsic in the evening and I called desk and nobody came to have them turn it down.

Love being able to park directly in front of the villa.

I know that they are doing construction on most of the property and I think that we happen to be located directly across from one site. One of our mornings they were using the heavy equipment around 6- am. Lighter crew the next morning.

I think being charged a daily resort fee when a majority of services not available or open. ( Restaurant, pools , spa and other services). Getting a discount or promotion for next stay would add a nice touch.

Horrible service. Missleading info

Locación is good

We booked a room for there adults. Two beers and a sofa bed. The sofa bed had not sheets, or pillows and not only that but it totally destroyed. Nobody will be able to sleep there. The only solution that the hotel gave me is to pay full price of another room, something that we had no choricero to do. Horrible experience

The property is quiet and has such great potential. It is nice to look at even under construction.

Our ac did not work in out room. It was extremely hot all night . There were no phone lines to call the office. Several little things around the room didn’t work , it was just very frustrating .

Although the main resort is being remodeled, the casitas were very nice and exceeded expectations.

Because of the remodel, the restaurants and pool bar were closed. We didn’t know this prior to arriving and it impacted our plans some.

Very pleasant stay for one night celebrating my 50th birthday!

Property was very clean and green. The villa l stayed in was very nice. Good views from the patio and the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. I stayed for my 50th birthday which was on a Wednesday so l had the casita pool all to myself along with my daughter!

Some of the amenities were closed due to construction but that wasn’t that big of a deal because l only stayed for one night.

I love this place, one of the best I’ve ever experienced!

Nearly everything!! We chose a two bedroom casita and it was wonderful! Quiet, huge, and so comfortable. The kids had their space, we had ours, and the dogs were even comfortable and happy.

Our coffee maker didn’t work and the construction wasn’t the best.

We had a very nice suite w bath, bedroom, living room and Kuerig, microwave, and fridge. Everything clean, worked perfectly. We overlooked the big nice pool. The best part was the friendly helpful staff.

We had our car broken into and had things stolen as well as our room was broken into and nothing was done about it. I booked this hotel because it was rated a 8.6 it was the worst and unsafe hotel. Do not come here!!! We reported multiple people trying to break into our room and it was eventually broken into. Our car was broken into and had all items stolen.

It was disappointing! Stressful to try to find other options in the area

The staff was friendly

The resort was under construction which i did not know about and couldn't use what the facility said they offered. It was really hard getting around and trying to find a different option. If I knew about the construction I would not have stayed here!!!! I would like to request some kind of reimbursement I dont feel its valid to charge me for not having the property fully in business

The roominess of unit

There was construction that was not explained on the booking website until after booking was made. There was a homeless woman being vulgar in the pool making children feel uncomfortable. Security dis not remove her and she ended up saying about 2 hours cussing the whole time. Room had a smell to it

The best time to spend Father’s day

The ambiance, the swimming pool, the rooms (villa) are above our expectations. The resort is under renovation and we are excited to see the new transformation of the resort. We love the front desk the same lady who always check us in.

We always love the pools and have a great time. The property is beautiful and we love the suites for our family.

We were told like a week before our stay the main pool would be closed. Just sucks that you don’t get any credit for a future visit since all of the amenities aren’t open. That would have been nice or like a free night stay at another visit to make up for inconvenience or not having any food on site and having the main pool closed. We stayed here because we got married here two years ago.
