Staff was great! The room I thought I booked on Hotel.com, by the pictures and description, was not the room I was given! Staff accommodated by changing rooms, but still not what I thought I booked. I will not use this property OR Hotel.com again.

My room was not cleaned one of on Monday. I had to fine clean towels and I took out the trash in our room. The chair in the bedroom was soiled. I felt uncomfortable using it.

The person picking up plates during breakfast yelled at my daughter. She was sick and put her head down during breakfast and he had a big problem with that. I love this place and stay here six to ten times a year. Dont know if ill return

The staff and amenities were awesome! The room layout was perfect for a family- separate sleeping room and living room. The room we were given was VERY dank and dirty, missing the phone, and the stopper in the bathtub. My kids had black feet from walking around. We would still return but would make sure our room was clean before settling in.

Great location just north of Old Town Scottsdale. We were able to walk to dinner a few times. The pools were nice, though one had a strange smell. Plenty of loungers available at any time. Breakfast and evening social were nice. We used the tennis court, but it's in pretty bad shape. Rooms were nice and spacious and the bed was comfy. Overall, it was a nice stay.

Pros: Location was great and within 10-15 min drive to most attractions. Pools and gym were great. Loved that the room had a fridge/microwave. Cons: The room had dated furniture, some of which was falling apart when I inadvertently looked underneath a chair to get something I dropped. The rooms could have been cleaned better. Breakfast had barely any vegan options other than potatoes. Some of the fresh fruit was a bit frozen. The Happy hour snacks were chex mix and goldfishes which seemed very low budget.

We did have some issues during our stay but, the management was very apologetic and took care of us so that was appreciated. The rooms here are ok, maybe a bit tired, needing a makeover but, they are spacious. The included daily breakfast was top notch and the staff were great. Pool area is nice. It can be noisy as the property is located on a very busy street. It is very close to shopping and restaurants.
