The property was very well located and clean with nice landscaping and the rooms were clean and large for everyone.

Everything was amazing.

Location was great. Breakfast was great.

Rooms could use a little tlc. Air conditioner in first room was loud. They did move us.

The bathroom was clean but somewhat small in size (nitpicking!) The bathroom has a wooden sliding door that won't lock (not a big deal!) Strict check-out policy that charges $30 per extra hour. We found it somewhat cut-throat when we requested a 2-hour extension for check-out after a 6 day stay. They could have done better. Absence of any option for covered parking (nitpicking!)

Room was very large & very clean. Loved that they had an outdoor & indoor bar. The indoor bar also had an area that served food, which was very good. Free breakfast included an omelet station! That was very good also.

The location was wonderful and the staff were so friendly and welcoming of me and my dog. I’m a travel nurse so I have stayed in some not so nice places so it was so nice to stay at this property. I came into town to meet a friends and go to the bark Jacob’s event at Marc Jacob’s! I hope to return in the future!

Housekeeping didn’t clean room. I didn’t have sign of sleeping in up. My room door was opened by someone else / possibly staff and not shut properly. I made sure my door was shut right before leaving room. Also someone went in and opened my shutters when we were out but didn’t clean our room. It was strange. I notified front desk

Great Location! If you like to walk it’s within walking distance of the shopping mall and old town Scottsdale

No bell services, staff not very friendly. Room was dated and smelt horrible (musty, mildew smell) very overpowering. Air conditioning was very loud hard to sleep with.

Fantastic breakfast. Superb happy hour. The pool is absolutely awesome. One of the nicest places we have stayed at in a long time. Only possible flaw was one elevator not working.

The first thing I noticed was that the food was hot and well cooked

If the room was equipped for an actual person who is handicapped like my self . With a shower instead of the tub that was hard for me to get in and out of.

We had an experience with another hotel stayer who was drunk at the pool and was urinating in the trees next to the pool while we had our 2 girl children swimming in the pool at the same time , staff was notified and did nothing to help the situation the drunk person stayed at the pool and we left the pool and the guest was not removed despite have publicly urinating by the pool near many children.

Nothing it was a horrible experience

They posted incorrect photos on booking.com, then gave us a room that had inadequate air conditioning to the point I had to sleep on the couch on my first year anniversary, we checked in at 3:30pm offered us a replacement room at close to 9pm after we had already got settled and didn’t offer it when we first made them aware at the beginning of our stay, tried to offer a credit for food that we were then charged an additional $14.95 in addition after the credit literally charged $44.95 for wings and a quesadilla after I asked will we be within our $30 credit and they said yes. Waived a resort fee that they were going to take out of my incidental money and refused to answer booking.com about a refund. We decided to stay and suffer thru it because of a refusal to refund blaming booking.com taking the payment and booking.com. blaming the hotel no one taking responsibility so much for being a Genius 3 nobody wants to help

For a Hilton, facilities were poor. Elevators inoperable. Damage to A/C in first room. Gaps in door second room. Restaurant has a 1star rating.

We have stayed here 3 times now! We love the breakfast and Happy hour! The staff is great and the location is real nice.

It was a good price for the stay. And complimentary happy hour.

Everything else. No one cleaned the room. Just made out bed. Cut my foot on broken glass in the carpet of room.

Amazing experience! Wonderful breakfast, happy hour was a nice experience, nice spacious rooms! Elevator was broken down by our room but no big deal, pool bartender was amazing, will definitely be staying here again!

Couldn’t watch hardly anything on the tv, movie rentals were disappointing.

Great location to downtown Scottsdale. We stay here often when we come to town. The breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. They have shuttle that will drop and pick up within 3 miles of hotel.

Loved the expanded fitness facility. The made to order breakfast is amazing

Two of the three days I went to the fitness center there were two women , one seemed to be a coach. They monopolized the pulley machine for over an hour. I gave up trying to use it.

Breakfast was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. If you value a good breakfast, choose hotels with a full restaurant and proper kitchen -this one has both and truly delivers.

The restroom had a sliding door that didn’t close properly -definitely not ideal if you’re planning to summon angels with trumpets and horns.

The breakfast being included and the options were fabulous! The staff was great and always happy and willing to help! Loved the location and ability to walk places! The pools and pool areas/entire outdoor ambiance and landscaping were beautiful!

The rooms were a little dated/dark feeling but still comfortable and clean. Wish the bars by the pools were open. We only saw the front bar by the breakfast area open twice during our week stay.
